Great place for brunch. Good value - £30 for two people. Staff are very friendly and helpful, though they often seem to be understaffed. Easy to order on phones via QR code - photos of each dish, calorific and allergen information, easy adjustments. Ordered food and coffee, and both came very quickly. I had scrambled eggs, avocado, and salmon on sourdough, which tasted lovely. It's not my first visit, and I will definitely visit again.
Surprised Taunton’s come along and can do better than a saturated Nando’s on the high street but good for BTP! Coming from London, it’s always an adjustment of expectations when trying to find somewhere brunch-worthy in small towns like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. Could seriously use some plants for atmosphere (yes, that stuff counts) but all round great place to head for a bite.
Arrived 30mins before closing but staff were more than happy to accommodate. Had two coffees and cakes plus a smoothie for one of our kids. Service took about 5mins and the food and drink were both of good quality.
Very good, nice and spacious and is dog friendly too. Coffee is very good, service is the same and it appears that whenever you visit the staff are organised and efficient, sadly most coffee outlets are not when busy. The only negative is not being able to get a takeaway coffee without a cup or paying for one supplied’ (I think £3.50 is seriously taking the piss, albeit refundable) Highly recommend all the same and yet to try the food 😊👍

Sunday morning visit : Lots of space, good food and friendly staff. Food delivered to our table in reasonable time. Good views to outside streets.
Great breakfast provided by friendly, helpful staff. Scrambled egg with mushrooms was delicious (eggs perfectly cooked, which is a rarity), as was my partners' bacon roll. Excellent coffee, too.
Had a table booked for our hen party, staff were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Food was gorgeous, great atmosphere, look forward to visiting again! :)
Very noisy in main room upstairs which was a little overwhelming. Food was tasty. Service bir slow. Had to chase my side order and coffee order but enjoyed our brunch.
Love coming to BTP, always fabulous service, food and drink is delicious even for people with allergies/ intolerances. Prices very reasonable and accept Blue Light Card.
Excellent breakfast food with quick, courteous service in a clean bright setting! Particularly enjoyed the cornbread with the runny fried egg - highly recommend 👍

BTP are great for young families, having plenty of space, colouring in and of course most importantly the high quality food. Sweetcorn hash is my favourite.
