In my opinion the best coffee house in the town. Nice atmosphere and mix of clientele. Bicycles are welcome to be wheeled through, when quiet, to the rear. There is a small garden area too. Upstairs is ideal if you wish to escape the hustle. Great coffee and good cakes too. Reccomended
Lovely cake selection and coffee too. Great service with friendly staff. Free water available. Nice atmosphere. Toilet clean. Also conveniently located along the high street. My favourite coffee shop to go to.
This coffee shop is quite big and goes back a long way, and has a 2nd floor, so there are plenty of seating available.
With two good sized toilets with a large lobby outside toilets, there is no need to budge-up when queuing

I love a good black Americano coffee. I am very hard to please when it comes to quality coffee. I like it very hot and a strong coffee bean. Coffee 1 achieved 10/10 today.

A really nice independent coffee shop. My family and I enjoyed a nice cups of tea, frappés and smoothies. Great service and have a good range of drinks.

It is now one of my most favourite coffee shops, especially since they have opened up more space and having wifi on offer. There is a great selection of coffees available (different roasts and flavours). mY favourite drink is either the Minty Mocha or Minty Hot Chocolate!!
Love Coffee#1 lovely super helpful staff. Really good coffee with oat milk and to die for cakes and toasted panini. Justifies why there was a queue out the door the entire time we were there and that's with a team of 4 working at top speed!

Lots of seating with some sofas available, nice and atmospheric. The coffee was good too with a choice of strengths.

Always my go to coffee shop. Never had a bad coffee,good choice of cakes and pastries. Soups ,sandwiches and salads available for a light snack. Staff always friendly. One downside is it can get very busy which sometimes means a long queue. If your in a hurry not the place to go.

Had a great experience. The initial service was a little bit slow but, on receiving our coffee we realised why ... the barrista delivered the coffee with an artistic flourish that was worth the wait. Great coffee, staff not overly friendly or chatty. Allow dogs in some make up for that. Plus first cake we had was a little stale but was changed with no issues which was great
