I won a cocktail booth package for 4 people on Facebook. Have to admit I hadn't been here for a few years as I normally drink in the same 2 pubs by each other.
We were all super impressed. The cocktails were amazing, food, staff, service and atmosphere perfect.
Would be a great place for live jazz or someone playing the piano!

Fantastic food, excellent wine, lovely atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. The new Brazz is just what Taunton needs among the plethora of mediocre chain restaurants. I was especially delighted to find that my gluten free needs were catered for deliciously and without fuss. I can't recommend Brazz enough.
Went to Taunton to find somewhere to eat lots of the chain restaurants were very busy we looked at BRAZZ and were warmly greeted and shown to a table we had the best table service a good choice of food and drinks and the whole place had a great atmosphere I highly recommend it
We had a table of 8 in Brazz last night and both the service and food was excellent!
The burgers and rib were great, but the fries that accompany these dishes were the best I have ever eaten.
Drinks and food were served in good time, which made for a great evening.

Top class meal .The set £11.95 meal was very good value. I chose the seafood chower which was delicous.!!! The sauce was really tasty and creamy plenty of fish and was complimented perfectly by the mash and soda bread !!! Staff very polite and helpful and the wine deal made the meal even more enjoyable and went excellently with the Chowder. one very happy customer !!! Please bring Brazz back to Exeter where i live .

Very nice restaurant. We had a margarita pizza and a fish and chips. The place is really cozy and the staff efficient and helpful. Fish very crispy in the outside and chips well done. The pizza was really tasty.
It was a very enjoyable experience for the first time ever here. The service was quick and the food was really good at a reasonable price.

Our family had a wonderful evening! The service was brilliant. Lily was an amazing host and made sure everything was perfect. Ben made the most amazing cocktails and even surprised us by smoking the cocktail. Would highly recommend to anyone celebrating an event or just wanting and enjoyable meal in Taunton.
Decided to go out for dinner with my family, it was amazing, they offered many different options for food, they offered gluten free options which was brilliant. Very friendly environment and I would highly recommend this place to anyone, felt thoroughly looked after by Amber, she was so welcoming. Will definitely be coming back in future.
Visited Brazz recently for dinner with family. Was met instantly by friendly staff. Amazing food and drinks, would definitely come back again. An amazing evening had by all.
Plenty of space inside and good variety in the menu. A bit overpriced although some of the dishes are quite special. Recommend trying the desserts. Fish and chips could improve with higher quality chips.
Fantastic place, amazing food, and our friendly waiter Yiorgos (George) was helpful, professional and attentive in spite of being incredibly busy. The steak was excellent, and the panna cotta absolutely divine (thanks for the tip, George!).
Cutlery came in sealed plastic bags and staff all wore masks which was very reassuring considering the current situation.
The food was amazing and in great portions. Service and staff were also really good. It's a pity we got seated right next to the kitchen however especially since there were plenty of other tables available which spoiled the ambiance.
We went there for cream tea. Usually, we go inside the castle but it was closed so we ended at brazz which is the restaurant associated to the hotel. The scones were excellent and the teas good too. Same products as the ones you'd get if you went to the cafe inside the hotel. The members of staff were pleasant and it all went very well!
Always my GoTo for coffee when I visit Taunton. It is part of The Castle Hotel, so not the cheapest, but it is spacious inside, and has good quality outdoor furniture when the weather is warm & sunny. Nice spot to chill out, and very central to explore the town after a caffeine shot.

Really pleasantly surprised by this brasserie. I had the Christmas turkey club sandwich and my partner had an open salmon sandwich on sourdough. Both were very, very good! Great fresh flavours and a huge portion of fries to share.
Rounded off with attentive service and a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere.
