Very nice restaurant. We had a margarita pizza and a fish and chips. The place is really cozy and the staff efficient and helpful. Fish very crispy in the outside and chips well done. The pizza was really tasty.
It was a very enjoyable experience for the first time ever here. The service was quick and the food was really good at a reasonable price.

Visited Brazz recently for dinner with family. Was met instantly by friendly staff. Amazing food and drinks, would definitely come back again. An amazing evening had by all.
Plenty of space inside and good variety in the menu. A bit overpriced although some of the dishes are quite special. Recommend trying the desserts. Fish and chips could improve with higher quality chips.
Fantastic place, amazing food, and our friendly waiter Yiorgos (George) was helpful, professional and attentive in spite of being incredibly busy. The steak was excellent, and the panna cotta absolutely divine (thanks for the tip, George!).

The food was amazing and in great portions. Service and staff were also really good. It's a pity we got seated right next to the kitchen however especially since there were plenty of other tables available which spoiled the ambiance.
We went there for cream tea. Usually, we go inside the castle but it was closed so we ended at brazz which is the restaurant associated to the hotel. The scones were excellent and the teas good too. Always my GoTo for coffee when I visit Taunton. It is part of The Castle Hotel, so not the cheapest, but it is spacious inside, and has good quality outdoor furniture when the weather is warm & sunny. Nice spot to chill out, and very central to explore the town after a caffeine shot.

Really pleasantly surprised by this brasserie. I had the Christmas turkey club sandwich and my partner had an open salmon sandwich on sourdough. Both were very, very good! Great fresh flavours and a huge portion of fries to share.
