Really good food! Mint and mustard is on the upscale side of Indian food. The dishes are of high quality and service is excellent. The menu had various options with various degrees of spiciness. It is a bit pricey but you get quality in return (which in my mind is better than just quantity).
Friendly, well presented and most of the food tasted delicious
This really is lovely place and just has something a little different going for it. The menu is fantastic and the food surpassed my expectations. We came here for a birthday meal for my father and it was a great evening. I would say it's on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the flavour an
This Indian restaurant is an excellent choice for a traditional culinary experience with a slight twist. The overall service and atmosphere was enjoyable. While some may find certain dish spicier than one might normally expect, however, with their own twist these are still excellent.
Superb atmosphere and décor - a fresh take on Indian dining. The menu was exceptional well designed to unobtrusively highlight dietary requirements and allergens. I would happily visit again, but it would be brilliant if they expanded their vegan starters.
I have no specific recommendations as I we
Their Malabar Biryani is by far the best we’ve had in England, with top notch service to compliment the food. We’ve been there a few times now, never once being let down by the quality. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive, would highly recommend if you want proper Indian food!
Really excellent curry house! The food was very good. Service was polite and unobtrusive. We were well looked after. Price reasonable and portion size generous. Would return if we are back in the area!
Outstanding food and service. Serve at 5pm. Great tandoor. Good range of regional dishes, N and S Indian cuisine. Nice decor. Good beer. Very reasonable price, for this level of quality. Best place in town by far.
Interesting menu, not your usual Indian fayre, but really tasty and well presented. Service was excellent. Prices are a little on the high side for an Indian, but this place is a bit special, so definitely worth it in my view. The house specials went down well with my party.
Love this place though not cheap. But you get what you pay for! Had a super meal with a small group of friends but some were unfortunately sat in a down draught from upstairs! Chill-y! Not good on a wet night. However - Will go back ..again!!.. the food is REALLY good. Wonderful flavours. If you li
Very different to a regular Indian restaurant with lots of off the beaten track choices on the menu. Three of us had different dishes and we were all very impressed. Extremely tasty. Friendly staff. Hope to return.
Edited: went back and all the staff were beyond welcoming and lovely.
Perfect food.
Starters are quite small. Need more dips for the papadums.
Services was okay. One member of staff was rude when we said we didn’t book a table.
But, for the food, definitely going here again.
Never fails to delight! I actually described the experience as my mouth being taken to heaven. We had the tiger prawns and scallop starters which were exceptional. I had the tandoori mixed grill, meats and seafood, amazing flavours. Definitely the best Asian cuisine in Taunton
Absolutely delicious, and they have some really unique dishes. I went for Chicken Tikka Masala, which was unusually tumeric based and really tasty, can recommend trying it! The staff are really nice and helpful and they have a good range of drinks. It is not the cheapest restaurant but is worth it f
Not sure really, 4.5 or 5 stars. I would maybe drop a half star for the price but it was really good, friendly staff, nicely furnished... Plenty of veggie and fish options, maybe a bit short on gluten, lactose and allergen free options but luckily that's not a problem for me
Joined a cookery school evening and it was excellent. Great food, great tuition and lots of fun.
