Had a really great meal would definitely recommend ,the food was very good especially the extra special beef that melted in your mouth .The staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome cannot wait to go again.
Loved it. Dropped in for a table of 9 with our kids jumping around. Found the staff very friendly and the food was fantastic and the value for money even better.
Lived in tamworth for years always gone to the usual places the ami inn and the riftwoods but in my opinion this was better
Food was good and staff were great the benefit of having a separate bar was good so we had a nice family friendly meal.
This pub is deffinatly one to watch

We were a group of 27 who attended ( 14 kids) on good Friday. All meals were out on time , service was excellent. The new owners were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient with the little ones! Thank you & good luck with the future of the pub.
Decided at the last minute to go for tea on a Sunday, but no problem, as there was lots of space! Food was actually served QUICKER than when I went to macdonalds this morning! Staff were attentive & polite, food was hot & tasty! Love this place, especially the lunch club meal deals!
We came tonight a party of 13 of us and nothing was to much trouble it was quite but we was giving a small area and staff were very helpful food was lovely I've never been before and we only live down the road so I will defo be coming back and bringing the fella ���

The food was excellent,the staff were nice & curtious , we took our little dog and eat outside ,the food was hot & the presentation was good ,great service ,will diffinatly be going again.

My husband and I had a lovely, relaxing Saturday lunch here this past weekend. Staff was welcoming and friendly, bar area was really homely, and food was delicious. 10/10!

I attended the Ibiza day at the pub! What a fabulous day it was! From the food which was outstanding (chicken kebabs and salad) to the DJ, the chicken was cooked to perfection 👌🏼!

We had a great early lunch of hot baguettes and chips. As a group we had Philly Steak, chicken and bacon and Tuna Melt. All really tasty and hot. Also had a childs cheese burger meal which was polished off quickly! Sat in the bar as a function in the restaurant and it was really nice. Will definitely be back
Best Sunday lunch I’ve had in Tamworth for years . The meat was melt in the mouth . Great size , everything cooked to perfection . Service was spot on. Waitresses did their check backs and nothing was too much. Would recommend this place to anyone .
Had a lovely Huntsman on a toasted cob, the staff are very polite and the atmosphere is great.

I was treating my husband to a birthday lunch, and the pub was quiet, lovely, and spacious, very wheelchair accessible as my husband has a mobility scooter, very friendly staff, didn't have to wait long for food, price's are quite reasonable.
A really good Sunday lunch with not one, not two, but three vegetarian options! Friendly staff, great service and the meal was delicious. Roast spuds and gravy are also vegetarian friendly so you won't need to miss out of you're not doing meat. It set us up nicely for the drive back to Wales from the Download festival. Very reasonably priced too.

Myself and 5 others had a meal lunchtime on Tuesday the 8 th of Aug 2023 . It was very nice freshly cooked all of us enjoyed our meals . The lite bites menu was fab too . We will be retuning. Thank you . Xx🥰 very good prices too
Amazing Pub and Friendly Team food is excellent.We are a local Youth Charity the Pub supports our Tamworth Youth Club by having a charity box on the bar. Thank you all monies raised goes to young people in the local area to provide a safe space for them to go,learn new skills and have Fun.
I have eaten here before, but this was a buffet on the occasion of my Mother's funeral.
The service was excellent. Tea & coffee was included in the price, which at £5.50 per head was extremely good value. Also, the selection of hot and cold food was plentiful.

This rating is for the beer only. Called in for a pint the bass bitter (cask) was exceptional and only £270 on Tuesday normally £360 I will be going there again
The staff lovely friendly, and the food was really tasty, Thursday is steak day £11.95 for steak and a drink, really good value, well definitely go back.
