An unusual find; a Chinese restaurant. Individual dishes are rather expensive but the set meals are good value. For example, beef in green pepper and black bean sauce is £12.80 but a set meal for 2 with 2 starters, 4 mains and rice is only £22.80 each. Quality is great, service is great. Overall, highly recommended.
Food was really nice and a good variety of dishes and was hot rather than most places I've been to where it's only warm when bought out.
The menu had individual portions and set meals , the young girl who served us was very polite and attentive.
Overall a great place to dine.
I ordered a Gemini Special Chow Mein takeaway. It arrived in good time. The noodles were thin and just coated with sauce and the prawns, beef, chicken and pork were cut small and were generally tender. This was a very good quality meal and I ate it all which is more than I can say of any takeaway that I have purchased locally.

Glad to find a dine in Chinese restaurant. We enjoyed the special set menu B for 2. All food tasty and hot, beef chow mein and beef in black bean sauce very tasty. Had a bottle of Bella Lucia pinot grigio which was good and reasonably priced at £17.95, on my A list.
Gemini in Tamworth, Staffordshire is by far the best Cantonese restaurant I have visited in the country. I have been coming here for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. It was a regular place me and my late partner visited, about once a month but since he passed away in 2016 I have not been able to go back as I couldn't face going without him. I finally did tonight and it was lovely that the manager, Michael, remembered us. I told him that my partner had died and he looked upset as he knew us so well. The service is fantastic there, and feels very personal when Michael is looking after you. And what can you say about the food... outstanding doesn't even cover it. Everything we ate tonight was cooked to perfection. It's a must visit if your in the area, and if your not just travel there especially. Well done Michael and the team 😊😊
This is the best Chinese around, the food is always fresh hot and simply delish...the service is second to none . My friends and I have dined here for more than 25+ years. Yet to be disappointed. Must try Salt & pepper prawns, Yuk Sung, duck & pancakes & ribs. Curry, sizzling beef in black pepper sauce & chow mien & egg fried or special rice...our favorites

This is the best chinese food I've had for a long long time . The king prawns in batter were unreal . Enjoyed every thing we ordered and service was awesome really nice happy guy who couldn't do enough . Were from Manchester and was just visiting but will quite happily drive back to visit again !
Glad to see this restaurant open again. Delicious food and nice friendly service as always. I don’t know what some of the loaners on here are on about. They must just be after a free meal. One of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve eaten at. Look forward to next time! 🙂
This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Tamworth. The owner is so friendly and hospitable. It's been a go-to for my family's special occasions for the last 20 + years. You definitely have to try their Yuk Sung and spicy Kung Pao chicken 'Cantonese style'.
Discovered this lovely restaurant on Christmas Eve 2017, loved it but then it was closed for a while for refurbishment. Went in August 2019 and yet again warm welcome, efficient service and delicious food. So good w took friends there a couple of weeks ago and they loved it too !
