Portobello - Tamworth - Photo album

We had a lovely meal here. Great food, good service and a pleasant atmosphere.
I wish I could give it 10 stars, everything was outstanding, from the start. We had a really nice greeting when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing a must visit when in Tamworth.
Came in for a romantic valentines day meal and that's exactly what we got! The staff were fantastic at making sure everything was okay and making sure we had enough drinks. Food was absolutely lovely, I couldn't get enough! The sharing platters for starters and dessert were wonderful. Perfect portio
We were visiting Drayton Manor and staying overnight and wanted some Italian. We found this place on Google and what a great find it was! We didn't have a reservation and in retrospect were lucky to get a free table because this place must be fully booked all the time. Can not fault it, very accommo
We are in Drayton park/resort and decided to experience the dinning outside. In our second night here we decided to try Portobello: Friendly staff and MOST importantly: GOOD/FAIR amount of food and we weren't still hungry after that. I recommend and will surely come back.
I doubted family run Traditional Italian Restaurants after experiencing so so quality food and samey options delivered by overly passionate staff. Portobello Restaurant has put my faith back in the Italian culinary experience. On entering I was met by grounded, accommodating staff that ensured I was
I've been coming here since I was a child and it's stayed just as good as it used to be. The staff here are really friendly and it's run by the same family. The food is always fresh and piping hot and the portion sizes are great. I recommend the Mars bar cheesecake for dessert, it's fantastic!
Nice little place. Excellent food and service, and reasonably priced. The place was very busy, but the servers handled it excellently particularly ours, Keira. It has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Only drawback is a lack of air con, it can get pretty hot in there! Overall, excellent and definite
My daughter and I visited here as a walk in. The waitress admittedly looked very young but we loved that, she was brilliant. This is before we get to the food, we had three courses and were absolutely blown away by the quality, presentation and feel of this place. We had an amazingly relaxing time a
Fantastic food. Very friendly staff and decent prices. I'm an very fussy when I order steak. I ask for rare mostly to ensure it's not over cooked. It's great when a chef actually cooks a rare steak exactly how it should be
Delicious meal served by really friendly staff. I had the scallops for starter and the Portabello Seabass main, both were incredible, the fish was perfectly cooked and the sauce was well balanced and complex in flavour. We will definitely be going back.
Upon entering we were greeted nicely by the team and seated. Was such a lovely atmosphere throughout, served promptly and the food was beautiful! Thank you so much highly advise!
First visit this evening on the Sunday £8 pizza or pasta meal deal. Food was amazing so fresh and tasty. Service very attentive. Really impressed with portion sizes and vege options. Will certainly be visiting again soon. 😊
Amazing food. We had pasta and it was made in house. Great service. Small but lovely area near the Castle.
Pleased to see that it is almost full even on a weekday! Glad I arrived early as I was accommodated without a booking. 3 courses and a decently portioned side salad, very happy! Food clearly prepared with care and the staff are very warm and friendly. My linguine Malfitane was a bit saucy, asked for
Lovely restaurant, top notch food and friendly service.
Good food nonetheless but a bit overrated and overpriced. Desert was amazing, therefore the 4th star. For such a small restaurant waiting to be served, it's a bit too long.
