I've been ordering regularly from New Standard Tandoori since I moved here from London, 13 years ago.
The food is absolutely delicious.
My partner deejay's everywhere and we really love curries, so we get to try alot of tandoori's across the UK but genuinely, the Dragon Paneer from NST is my favouri

Lovely when we ate in there, took a group booking on short notice. Like, 1 hour notice. Sat about 8 people, not a problem. Friendly staff and delicious food. They do take away and delivery too, though delivery can take a while. The take away food doesn't seem as good as the food when we ate in
Found on Google Maps and ordered through Just Eat (will go direct next time!) Lamb ratio in Keema Aloo Chana was a little low, about 25% of the box, as it had a lot of potato. Aloo Gobi also was 3/4 potato over the cauliflower. Onion Bhaji a bit soggy in oil.

We visited on 27/03/2015 as part of a group for a birthday meal. My partner has a severe nut allergy but we were assured that all dishes were made fresh and they could guarantee a nut-free dish.

Never been anywhere with customer service as good as this. They even hold the door open for you. Food is nice and fresh, not greasy and great quality. It's not cheap but its worth the money you pay. Great place to eat!
The food and service was definitely worth 5 but it was a little cold inside so the restaurant itself needs a little bit of improvement. You can easily feel the authenticity in their food from their spices. Try the garlic naan bread
