We come here frequently as a family of three. We always have food and drinks. The food is consistently delicious and the drinks cold. Service is great, especially from the guy who I think is the assistant manager. Would highly recommend as a friendly family pub in the afternoon and looking forward to family day
My daughter and I went in for lunch today and we were made most welcome 😃 the food was a really good and good sized portions. The children menu had plenty to offer and a good meal deal too! Thank you to the two Grace’s behind the bar who really did make my little girls day by looking after us so well 😃 will bringing the rest of the family with us next time 👍🏻

The pub is roomy with a good-sized seating area outside.
We opted for the pensioners deal, which was plenty for us and only £6.99 for 2 courses.

Our local pub and we love coming some weekends as a family!! The pub has deffo improved loads the past year and it’s a lovely chill evening in the garden! Even with the kid 🫶🏻

Decent pub, offering homecooked style food. Prices are reasonable, it's kid friendly, lots of parking, easy to get to. Service is good, and friendly. They have sport on TV, and outside seating in the garden.
Decent place, first time visiting and got a warm welcome from the staff. Menu is pretty substantial. I went for the southern fried chicken burger. Loved the pineapple and batter jalapeño (thought they weren't hot at all). Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Very large beer garden out the back, though right next to the road which might put off some. Inside there are a range of sofas, tables with benches and pedestals with high seats, so good selection. Cross section of drinks and diners too. This pub is definitely worth a visit, found it a nice place to relax in for a couple of hours.

Despite the pub being so busy due to the beautiful hot weather both Martin and Jasmine serving were excellent keeping a smile on their faces and so polite even when some of the customers were obviously hot and bothered and rude at times . Great service .
The young girl behind the bar was absolutely welcoming and good service very good staff would defo be going back as it was beautiful service x

Usually full of locals and often events on in the evenings, 2 big TVs always showing sport but it's not overbearing.
Dog friendly but apart from my dog, never seen one in there!
