My partner and I had a good experience here. The staff were very friendly in particular a young lad and two girls with red dyed hair. It's nice to know there are still genuinely kind people in the world.
I only stopped by for a drink and a rest and I decided to buy a little strawberry sundae as I'm suffering from a sore throat. But for £1.29 it was the best little strawberry sundae I've ever had! The man behind the counter was extremely polite and friendly and when I dropped my bank card and he was quick to offer to pick it up for me as I use 2 crutches.
I went in before and was served by a lady with purple hair and she was so disrespectful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted. Although I went back today and she wasn't there but there was a young woman with brown hair who served me and she was so kind to me.
Very good, really nice helpful staff, food was excellent and hot! A bit more expensive than mcdonald's but in my opinion a better meal

BUT if your going to allow coaches to stop at least sort MORE toilets as a 25minute wait for the loo with a 5 year old isn't fun!!!
Staff are polite and efficient eating area kept tidy. One down side the toilets have been broken on the 3 occasions I have visited

Only stopped for a coffee and the services. The young man serving was extremely helpful over an issue with the services hence the 5 stars.
