What a fantastic afternoon we had at the bank yesterday for my daughters hen party! Nothing was too much trouble! Afternoon tea for 30 people and all the food was beautiful, the icing on the cake was the extra step they went to cater for one of the guests who has food allergies, all the food was homemade and delicious! Thank you kerry and staff for making the afternoon so special! Xxx
Been today and staff couldn't have done anymore if they tried, they were genuinely busy trying to get a very large parties food out (and advised us of this when we ordered) we weren't in a rush but the staff kept us updated every 5 minutes. Food was excellent and portions were really generous, think we've just found a new place to add to our list.
Just been for the parent & child afternoon tea deal and it was fantastic. Added a sneaky portion of the amazing homemade chips and the little one had a lovely play too. I booked in advance as I’m on crutches and struggling and they reserved ideal table for me and came to the table to take the order. Highly recommended and I’ll be back �
Lovely little coffee house, with space for children aswell. Visit regularly with friends and family for the food and amazing desserts! Fab service from all members of staff every time I visit. Would 100% recommend.
my new favourite place called for a breakfast a few weeks ago and I'm totally addicted to the place :) excellent service with a smile and nothing is too much trouble, I had a wonderful afternoon tea with my daughters and grandchildren today and I'm blown away by what we got for the price. So impressed we have booked again for a treat next week too :)
Me and my family have been to Bank a few times and tried a variety of their food and always really enjoy it . Would definitely recommend whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner .
Booked at really short notice for two children’s Christmas platters and they were amazing. They’d warned me that some of the things might be missing but when we arrived they’d even been out to buy the items they were short of. The staff were lovely and helpful and the platters were fantastic, great value. Nice to see some fruit on there, ingeniously disguised. Would definitely recommend. I took a two and three year old but plenty of food for older ones.
The food here is amazing and great prices too, it is great to let the little ones play in a none crowded area, which is designed for toddlers so you dont get older children charging around. been several times highly recommend and will be a returning customer

Booked last minute for afternoon tea and it was lovely, all three of us thoroughly enjoyed the food and we're stuffed at the end of it. Staff were friendly and helpful,the place was well maintained and clean. Couldn't ask for more really....Definitely worth a visit.

Always a lovely brekki, lovely for lunch dates, come here a lot and food is lovely quality. Always happy to accommodate your requests and very happy jolly staff who always greet you and say goodbye. Little gem that we are lucky to have on our doorstep. Great selection of cakes daily and they do taste as good as they look. �

The lovely young lady working here should be cloned and installed in every cafe/bar ... delightful. Good coffee, excellent bacon in a large soft bun, nice clean surroundings, very reasonably priced. Just the place to spend time waiting for the train. Highly recommended
Went for a breakfast today with my partner, was an absolutely beautiful breakfast. Hospitality was great and staff were friendly and checked everything was okay.

Lovely breakfast. Husband had eggs florentine & he hasn't shut up about it since. Staff are all friendly & helpful. Would love to go to one of their drag events but with a new baby I don't get the luxury 🤣.
Visited in Mothers Day. Even though they were very busy they could not have been more attentive. We had a ploughman’s sharing platter which was delicious and cocktails, also delicious. Every visit had been lovely. Would definitely recommend.
We purchased groupin vouchers for afternoon tea and were really happy with the experience. Food was excellent , plenty to eat ,well presented and tasty. The cups saucers and plates are pretty and delicate , it's tea and coffee included and we went for glass of prossseco option. This was a large glass too. The bistro is frwash and modern , spotless clean . Lovely decorations and ornaments around the building. Light and airy . The staff were all really helpful and friendly . Great way for a family to celebrate a birthday .

1st time in here my wife booked it for our anniversary afternoon tea sandwiches where fresh and very tasty bun cake and scone all freshly baked and delicious will definitely visit again
My daughter and I enjoyed a delightful meal here. The service was great and the food was beautiful, it can get busy at times as to be expected by a well run business. However I wouldn't like to think I was dining with a baby as the highchairs could have done with a clean. Overall would go again and would recommend the food to anyone.
Had a evening meal with hubby and friends got a Groupon deal on steak meals. Had appetiser too food was fantastic good range of cocktails too young lady serving karla was lovely very friendly and attentive would recommend
Hired this venue for a baby shower for my daughter and it was fantastic. The staff were so helpful nothing was to much trouble. Helped with set up and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fabulous everyone commented on how good it was. Plenty of food in fact they gave us boxes to take some home as there was that much left. The cocktails are so good and we could not believe the price, very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use this venue again for a family celebration. Thank you one again to all of you. Xx

Went for breakfast this morning. We booked a table and when we did explined that two out of the party of four are Dairy Free (Vegan), as soon as we walked in, was greeted warmly and told of the breakfast prepared that suited our diet. Which was yummy 😋! All of us happy and will book again for another breakfast.
