Standard subway
Female staff were wearing bandanas. However, one staff member today had a long pony tail hanging over her shoulder whilst making up the subs. It's not ideal.
Staff seemed competent but not particularly happy.
Plenty of parking
Service is exceptional. Smiles and the willingness to help with a large last minute order was warming.

We didn't eat in but the staff were lovely,.so helpful especially about vegan food. Very friendly and as always, my sandwich was lovely
Absolutely amazing customer service! We came on Monday 13th June and was served by Tom who literally had us crying with laughter he was brilliant! Would come again just for the banter! All our food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you for a brilliant first drive thru experience!

Was really impressed by the service here 08/08/22, particularly as staff were managing an impatient customer who was really quite unpleasant. They remained calm and professional, despite one team member being visibly upset. Mistakes happen and it can be an inconvenience, but let’s communicate with respect - on the scale of things, it’s just a tasty sarnie! 🙌🏻
OMG! Spontaneous Drive through for some food when having a nightmare day. Never done this before
I did not know we were in for such a treat. Seriously Tom needs to be on the stage. His hilarious cheeky banter from the minute we spoke into the speaker. By the time we got to the window we were desperate to meet him. He did not disappoint! He is absolutely hilarious and just has this gift of pitching his banter just right.
We drove into Subway hot, sticky Stressed and feeling sorry for ourselves. We left the window feeling upbeat, full of life and happy laughing our heads off.
That’s before we even ate our food. The food was nearly as delicious as Tom

The young guy that works in the drive thru at barnfield Swindon is just the BEST! An absolute credit to the team, so friendly, funny and just brightens up the whole experience 5*’s for him alone!
Decent Subway with super friendly, fast staff. Reasonable seating area and overall a clean/new/nice location.
We have just been to this subway and as we finished our order the tills had gone down and card payment was unavailable.
We had no cash on us and went to go without taking our subs.
The very helpful staff advised we could have our subs for free as the system had just gone down.
We would like to thank them as you dont see this kind of generosity as much.
Let's hope the card system is up and running soon, thankyou again guys
Always received the freshest sandwiches! Very clean and sanitized area for sit ins. Staff too are very organised and always change their gloves for the veg options.

Great service and all the staff seem like they enjoy there Job! They're fast and have a great knowledge of the products! The drive thru is faster than what you would think! Well done to the manager and the team for creating such a FABULOUS, CLEAN & TIDY restaurant... I recomend this subway to all my friends now!
The new Subway drive through from Swindon is amazing . Good staff , fast service, great experience. My vegan sub was fresh and tasty. Always happy to come back !
