Lovely cozy cafe in heart of Swindon's historic Railway Village, with friendly staff and great food. Has lots of books and info about local community events and local history.

Really nice, clean and tidy place. Food was reasonably priced and tasty. The roasted tomato soup was great and highly recommended. A nice variety of food options available. If you'd like a sandwich they don't have on menu I believe the menu says they will try to make it. Will definitely go back.

A local community enterprise worthy of much praise, giving experience and skills to its staff. Had a truly delicious spaghetti bolognese. Fairly small menu means that quality goes into the food. Coffee could be stronger!

Very new social enterprise start up cafe occupying the old Baker's Arm pub. No sign outside at present (that's some cool hip points) so look for the white & blue paint and the 'Baker's Arms' frosted glass kept from the old pub. Visited for lunch with parents on Sunday, had roast lamb with veg/yorkshire. Incredible food. The most flavourful and tasty roast dinner in Swindon, hands down. Insofar as I'm aware the chef may be the only paid member of staff (rest are volunteers) and what a job she does. Currently they don't have a alcohol license so we were permitted to bring our own and pay a corkage fee (£2 a bottle) but I imagine this will change to a licensed premise eventually, so don't presume this I'd say! I fully expect this place to become insanely busy if they keep up this quality and the word spreads, so go visit early!

The menu is not very big. I had a nice jacket potato with cheese and beans today. The staff are very nice to the customers. The staff are all volunteers.
