Friendly good service in pleasant surroundings. What more could one ask. Almost forgot I also love their coffee!!

Pretty sure this is a franchised Costa owned by the Garden Centre, but as far as I can tell it had all the usual Costa things.
• Decent amount of seating (including some outside which is quite nice on warmer days)
• Few plug points dotted about,
• Toilets have always seemed clean & has disabled accessable toilet as you'd expect.
• Obviously the counter with food and drinks.
• Small downside for the modern person is that card payments not contactless yet.
• Free internet/WiFi available with usual sign in process, although has been hit/miss at times.
• Mobile signals been awful inside on EE & Vodafone (EE really was bad, no signal sometimes).
• Think as its a franchise you can't use a Costa card?
On another note: found this one been really good for car pool meets with colleagues as it's literally just off the A419 and the Garden Centre/Co-Op car parks nearby don't have parking time limits, so colleagues have come here in the morning, we maybe grab a coffee to go & then head out in one car.
I'm not a massive Costa fan (would go Starbucks over Costa most time), but as Costas go I like this one.
Partly because it's in throwing distance to my house so has been useful for when I need somewhere to work away from the house and actual office.
The staff have always seemed decent, even the new learners and I've not felt I've waited too long any time I've been served.
It's a pleasure to go into as the staff a friendly it has a great atmosphere.

Nothing quite like a Costa good service clean tidy staff amazing.
Friendly staff and probably what you would expect from a chain coffee shop. I went at a busy time so took a little longer to get my drinks
