Always a funny one to review as only use service style fast food if in a hurry and freshwater. Only eat en into a McDonalds twice in 10 years and both times recently. The first time was in the way back from a holiday and it was late and we were starving it was at Rownhams services it was event. The McPlant burger and bun were à delight so juicy and tasty and it looked like a burger when we opened the box.
However this time we're had gone to Swindon to luck up a wind item in a auction and we thought let's get the Mcdonald mMcOlant burger.
Well what a disappointment it was flat like it has been squashed under a plate no bounce in the bun. It did taste the same but was less desirable to look at in fact I didn't eat all mine because I didn't fancy it
However the place was buzzing there were a lot of teenagers having a good time it was lovely to watch them being with there friends and the were delivery prior in and out all the time we were there picking up order in their bags. I've never seen so many members of staff running around keeping on top of the orders they were taking, hats off to them for working so hard.
Then I had a large McFlurry as we left and I've had them in the past. Well if I'd had the time I would have tried to get my money back. It was not even 6cms high in the paper bowl. I would have expected it to be halfway up or more. Good help you if you had a small, it would only be a couple of mouthfuls.
Amazing McDonald's customer experience amazing I need to give credits to the customer relations manager who helped me and my friend alot. I really need to hand it to her, she has great skills to offer. If I remember her name was Tracy.
It is amazing, the manager I think her name was tracy,let me off because I was 49p short and made me pay 5 pound for a £7.49 meal the workers are great and are always helping and working even better the way they should! Definitely recommend it 🤑🤑🤑
We met Jean who was very welcoming and the customer service she provided was excellent and beyond our imagination. I will recommend this place to all and would to give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ specially to Jean for her excellent service.
Went in for breakfast hardly anybody in their place service quite quick very clean
Food was good, staff were great, guy walking the floor very friendly and helpful

Special thanku Tracey she change my fries i just tell her my fries cold she say i will change for you she doing job on floor but he go her self and make fries her self after she served
The service was quite slow and our order was wrong when we got it
Drive through was closed due to cleaning so had to go in to order. An extremely helpful assistant took my order after failing with the diy ordering machine. The place was very clean as my assistant had been mopping the floor and later the ladies were out of commission also for cleaning but saved by the disabled/mother&baby room. Overall a relatively pleasant experience.
Massive thank you to McDonald’s Orbital this evening! I had an issue with my payment card at the drive-thru and instead of making me drive back round/come in store to pay again, which I was happy to do they kindly told us not to worry and gave us the food for free. Very thoughtful considering they didn’t have to do this. Thank you for the excellent service and customer care.
