My request for booking a table was perfect as I'd asked to be near the pool table for my son. Great service. Only complaint was that we seemed to wait a very long time for the food, but when the food came, it was delicious and enjoyed by all of us. I understand that the restaurant was busy so, appreciate why there was a delay. It would have been helpful to be told about the delay. I received some vouchers through the post the day before so had a great discount. I will definitely come again as I still have some vouchers to use!

Very fast service and excellent customer service with our waitress very accommodating and kind. The food was good although the gammon was a little dry. My grandma said that the chips were the best she's had in years and compliments to the chef. Atmosphere was a bit loud but that's because we were seated near the children's area but overall it was a nice atmosphere

Easy to book a table online and change date and time when needed. Friendly welcome on arrival, offered to show us to our table straight away or to get drinks first. We decided on asking to change our table as not suitable for two of our party , due to disability issues. No problem on moving us to a more convenient location. Food came out in a timely manner and all 6 of us were happy with our meals. Thanked us for our custom as leaving the restaurant. Excellent customer service from the young man. (Apparently he has not been seen there before so could be new) 10/10 . Will definitely be back x

I seem to be becoming more and more of a regular. Despite living across the road since the pub first opened I've only previously been an occasional visitor finding it all very much hit and miss. These days though everything is much more consistent. Food is always good and the service is great.

Warm friendly welcome, excellent quality & price, as gluten intolerant outstanding menu & all staff go above and beyond. Can't recommend the GF Hunters Chicken enough, best I've ever had.

I reserved a table for my visit & When we arrived (10 minutes early), we was greeted by the barman who then made us drinks & showed us to our table. Table was clean and tidy. Food was nice/hot and we was served quickly. the food servants were friendly and polite. Food/drinks are a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

After enjoying our visit 2 weeks ago, we decided to return as a family occasion and it was just as good. We did have an issue there was no fried eggs on either of the mega/standard mixed grills, but that was soon rectified. The staff were very polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning. In the past we had all had bad experiences of The Bayberry but it was nice to get a lovely meal again, well done to all involved.

It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. Service excellent. Downside were the state of the toilets, ladies were a bit dirty, gents needed urgent repair as neither doors to the cubicles closed properly. One didn't even lock..

We booked a table for 22 people for a birthday celebration. All food was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful(Alex and Kim). No problem with splitting the bill at the end. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Went here for a Christmas meal with my partner and we were very impressed. Starters and mains were all piping hot and tasty and the desserts were yummy too, all for a very reasonable price (£16.49 for 3 courses). The staff were also really friendly and attentive. The decor gave a cosy feel and it was nicely decorated with Christmas decorations throughout and a fabulous-looking tree as you walk in. I would go back here again.
