Burgers were pretty good. The seating area was a little messy and the tables were a bit dirty. Definitely some struggling behind the counter when taking orders, but the food did make it out to our tables fairly quickly. Fries were fresh.
When presented with a food court full of bright and neon lit options Burger Priest attracted me with their atmospheric and welcoming environment. I found their menu inviting and prices easily comparable to the big burger and fries chains. I placed my order for a Hellfire Burger and was given an order number. After finding a table I left my order number visible and waited to be delivered. After only a little wait my burger was delivered even though it was busy Saturday lunchtime. Presentation was good and taste, for me, was spot on being a bit spicy but not overly so to ruin the experience. If I'm ever in Swindon again I'd definitely consider going here again.

One of my favorite places in town.
Tasty hamburgers and fair price, they usually have promotions with good deals.
I had a couple of issues this week with uber, first they cancelled my order but the driver never arrived, and second time the driver brought the order incomplete, he missed pretty much everything.
And all of that is uber's fault not this restaurant, but I wasn't able to get a refund from uber because my order was partially delivered. And the reason I'm writing all of this is because the restaurant could have just ignored me when I called them, saying it wasn't their fault (cause it wasn't) but they were really friendly and understanding of the situation. They gave me another same order completely free (I mean I had already paid but never got it anyway but that's not the point).
The thing is that these guys could have looked to another side and just keep minding their business. But they made sure to compensate for what happened and I'm happy to keep buying there anytime we want a hamburger n.n
Food is so tasty, well made, hot and fresh. Staff is great. Thank you for processing my order Demi M , your friendly service will make me go back soon. You deserve a credit for your skills and hard work .
My brother and I had the alter burger today for lunch and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. It was cooked fresh and looked as good as it tasted. My sweet potato fries were great too. I would've liked to been able to order a hot drink but left very satisfied and happy. Both people who served us were very friendly and professional. I hope of people use this restaurant so Swindon gets to keep it.
Decided on this place while shopping. Ordered the mushroom burger and fries along with mild wings and my wife had the bacon cheeseburger. We did not eat right away because we couldn’t eat in the dining area. Expected a few more fries but the burger was really good! I’m from the states so my expectations may be a bit higher than normal. Overall enjoyable and will return soon.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. My friends 4 year old didn't like his ice cream flavour so they let him try others until he was happy...vanilla won. They also got him a small pot of cucumber to pick at. On top of that, the food was freshly prepared and tasted great. Really recommend, will be back.

Really great food here, the staff are really dedicated. The burgers are cooked to perfection along with the chips. The mozzarella sticks are amazing as-well. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat.
Menu is diverse with lots of options, good comes quickly and is fresh! Prices are super reasonable for the amount of food you get—I keep thinking about the quality of food I’d get for the same price at McDonald’s and this is far superior. Plus my Canadian heart is singing at the fact that I can get poutine!!! For only 2.95!!! Super good will definitely return xx
Only had the cookies and cream milkshake (which was delicious) but the staff member was polite and the store looked great. Will definitely be coming back here for a burger next time I'm in the area.
Got a burger, sweet potato fries and a canned drink, burger was very good, the fried had a good crunch and soft in the middle and all for £4.07 on the eat out to help out scheme so it was a bargain! I'd quite happily go back when prices go back to normal too.
