Went today for the first time for the unlimited prosecco afternoon tea with family they were so lovely in there and we didn't even need to ask for top ups with prosecco/drinks as they were straight over as soon as our glasses were empty great food! Lovely environment and incredible service highly recommend!!! Thank you!
We had the best Sunday lunch in a long time . Lovely place fab decor . Great customer service . And the food and wine aren't over priced. Will definitely be going back .

First timers....and will be back! Roast dinner was gorgeous...beef cooked to perfection...amazing crisp yorkies...nice selection of veg. Puddings out of this world ( sticky toffee pud & choc cheesecake). Excellent service..very nice feel to the place.
Went to Jacks for my Birthday had a lovely roast beef diiner which was so nice and pavlova for dessert would definitely go there again, lovely atmosphere and great staff

The quality of the breakfast is outstanding. I have not tasted breakfast like it. I have been several times, and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Have visited Jack’s on two separate occasions approximately three years apart. Both times, the staff and their service has been absolutely amazing! Despite being so busy, they always provide service with a smile.
The first time I visited, I enjoyed their Afternoon Tea with Prosecco for £40pp. Despite being quite a high price point, the top ups were frequent and it was the perfect amount of food, so very much worth the money.
The second visit was just last month. Again, great service. Only disappointing thing was the time it took for everything to arrive. 15 minutes passed after ordering before our coffee’s arrived. Then another 10 minutes until the food. I thought it would have been sooner as it wasn’t particularly busy and their seemed to be a lot of staff on. But that aside, I would wholeheartedly recommend Jack’s to visit for a bite to eat!

Spent a lovely Sunday lunchtime here today with my friend. It was an early Birthday meet up.
The service was very polite and friendly by 'Gregory'. Not sure if that is the correct name, but it was on the receipt! We felt nice and relaxed, not rushed, even though it was getting busier before we left.
The food was great: roast dinner and chocolate brownie for dessert. Good portion sizes and well presented. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended, and will definitely go back again. Well done 'Jack's'
I visited Jack's cafe recently and had a fantastic experience. The standout for me was their burger; it was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection with a juicy patty and fresh toppings, it left me craving for more. The chiabata sandwich was also a hit, filled with flavorful ingredients that made every bite enjoyable.
What impressed me just as much as the food was the friendly and welcoming staff. They went out of their way to make sure my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. It's not always easy to find such great customer service, so this was a pleasant surprise.
To top it off, Jack's cafe offers good prices, making it an excellent value for the quality of food and service you receive. It's refreshing to find a place that doesn't break the bank but still delivers top-notch flavors.
Overall, I highly recommend Jack's cafe. Whether you're in the mood for a mouthwatering burger, a tasty chiabata, or simply a warm and inviting atmosphere, you won't be disappointed.
My future wife and I went for some lunch today, staff were all very friendly, restaurant not too busy and we were sat down and drinks order taken shortly after seating and then food. There was a fair old wait for the food (especially as it didn't seem so busy), I ordered a burger which was nice enough, my future wife ordered a quinoa salad, I don't eat salad but it was honestly the most appetising salad I've ever seen, she said it was very tasty. Very reasonably priced, the bill/payment took quite a while at the end of the meal too, so if you're not in a rush then would definitely recommend and we will be coming back
Went for an Afternoon Bottomless Prosecco Tea for a Baby Shower. The food was delicious, fresh and most of it made in-house And the owners and their staff were lovely. Very polite and attentive.
Discovered this restaurant while looking for breakfast/brunch place In Swindon. Ambience , staff service was excellent! The food was well presented and tasty too .
I would suggest to book a table but the cafe is very spacious and plenty of tables.

The food is excellent.
The ingredients were simple and fresh.
The sea bass was (according to my wife), great.
The chicken and avocado burger was tasty and not too heavy.
Pricing was good, the service was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive.
Everything here was perfect! Firstly, friendly, helpful and pleasant staff! Also, a very good range of gluten free food, including sausages for breakfasts, which is rare to find for coeliacs & also great 2-4-1 cocktails with a good range to select from. Never waited too long for any of our orders and the young waiter checked in on us, even for our drinks! The atmosphere was great and I will defo be back for breakfast! We ate on a Thurs evening and the food was exquisite! I cannot even put into words how great it tasted, but it was up there with some of the best stuff I have ever put in my mouth! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙌🏼
