Great food, very friendly staff and brilliant value with some of the offers they have available. They were short staffed on a very busy night, but still managed to do us two courses and a few rounds of drinks in less than 2 hours, and were very apologetic to have been slower than usual. Visited today for lunch, our main reason was we spotted the festive menu in an email sent to us.
It looked so good so had to try it out.

Ate here twice because I stayed at the premier Inn and got the"meal deal". Which was main, starter and a drink in the evening. And then breakfast the next morning.
Food was good and tasty and the plates where warmed. I had a decent enough feed for both sittings as a vegetarian.
Staff where lovely,
Slow at meet and greet, with no acknowledgement from other team members while waiting.
Bar area poor and damaged seating.
Table service excellent for the meal.
Food was also excellent.
Lengthy wait between courses but appreciate staffing is still a challenge.
Reasonable in price.
After a long journey the welcome sight of Beefeater was great to see. We were welcomed and even having not previously booked a table we were shown to a table. Food is now all help yourself. The only thing about the breakfast was I had to ask a young lady who worked there what something was,turned out to be scrambled egg,I thought it was mashed potato 🤣😄😀😄🤣
Went for a late lunch, warm welcome and food was excellent
At a wedding, so we stopped here for food due to staying in the Hilton beside.

We booked a table for 19 people & had a fabulous time with lovely food, I would particularly like to say high five to Kelly for her beautiful service. She was was so patient, polite & courteous & her customer service was excellent 👌 thank you Kelly for looking after us all including 4 children 😀
I am a premier inn business customer. I stay at premier inns about 2-3 times a month.
I actually made a mistake and booked this hotel It’s not the closest one to my customer but I stuck with it.
I am currently staying at the premier inn next door (Swindon West) so was eating at this place.
I arriv
Food portions not great small burger and a small handful of fries, but the quality was up there. The service was great and the atmosphere was so relaxed, dinks a bit pricey but on par with most chains. The snooker ques are either bent or broken, but better than nothing.
Very nice place for a meal had a very warm atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for us and the food was fantastic
