I went here for the 2nd time in my life yesterday, with two friends.
Plenty of seats inside and out, quick service. I had the grilled duck domburi with pulled pork gyozas. I also tried the hirata steamed buns which were lovely!
Quick service, friendly staff and a really nice location.
Visited in a group of 4 managed to get seated beside another 4 of our teammates, more arrived and joined us at our table, staff friendly and welcoming, on the ball with seating everyone, a very popular place, and was very busy when we visited. My 1st experience of a Wagamama, orders taken by Joel, our group ordered starters, duck gyoza, hoisin duck buns, miso glazed yakitori, mains chicken firecracker, prawn firecracker, chicken katsu curry, all food was very tasty, freshly made and well presented, wine at a very reasonable £20. Restaurant has a good atmosphere, its large and spacious I (we) thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Worth a visit if in the area as we were. :) :)
My first visit and it did not disapoint .the serving was substantial and very tasty. I had the dough balls for dessert which were delicious also . The staff were very polite and friendly and the service was great.
I also loved the option of scanning the qr code on the table to pay the bill.
We had an exceptional dining experience at Wagamama. The food was outstanding, and our waiter, John, truly impressed us with his exceptional service. His warm welcome and attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. We'll definitely be returning!
We attended wagamama Swansea Monday afternoon. It was a impulse visit which was a great decision as it turned out.we were greeted warmly and shown to a lovely booth. The lady was very smartly dressed, polite and courteous.
We were given menus and give our drinks order and as we were new to the restaurant was shown what was there. Great choice of food ,we both went for chicken skewers, awesomely delicious, and a steak on top of spicy noodles, (sorry can't remember the proper names lol) who cares it was delicious, hot and spicy food, steak med rare.wife had a cocktail mojito lovely.
The ladies name was toni I think.
It was spotlessly clean, tidy and well run. All staff busy tidying.
Awesome service, great food and a great decision to eat there. We will be going back v soon. Fancy the duck next time.
Thank you all at wagamama swansea.
An awesome experience x
First time visiting this Wagamama, even though it was really busy we never felt forgotten about.
We were asked about allergies which was great, I said I can't have cucumber so they spoke to me about that. We were able to alter the items on the menu (no chilli or corriander) and my partner changed the type of noodles for his dish, everything was very easy and no trouble for them which just shows how fresh everything is when they make it.
The toilets were clean as well. All the tables were wiped down, I have a sensory issue so they moved us elsewhere at the start which was fantastic as it meant we could finish our meal before being next to others.
Staff were really nice and we just couldn't fault anything.
5/5
Perfect, my daughter is coeliac and Wagamama really take alleges seriously, down to getting the manager to personally sort the food for said person... honestly Wagamama really makes a sometimes awkward meal time into a delight , if there were 10 stars available then they woukd get it. Food was great too lol.
I had dinner at this location several times during my trip. I’ve been to many Wagamama in the UK. On 9/23, I had the great pleasure of having Josh as my server. He was awesome! I took my mother for the first time and he recommended some great dishes that we very much enjoyed. For the rest of the trip all she wanted to do was eat at Wagamama. My experience at this Location was great from start to finish. And the prompt service provided by Josh and his knowledge of the menu would put any newcomer at ease. If you’re in the Swansea City area, check out this restaurant and ask for Josh!!
Seated quickly on a busy Saturday night - staff were friendly and didn’t rush us to order. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. We had curry and duck in rice - both were really tasty and we felt like we could have ordered nearly everything on the menu - it all looked really good. We’re already looking forward to our next visit
First time being to a Wagamama and although it can get pricey the food was very flavourful and incredibly filling, loved the range of sides they have to go alongside the mains. Staff were very chill 😊
Fast food at its best. Friendly staff and super quick service. Food was tasty, on the more expensive side. Did have gluten free alternatives for my son. He did love the Ramen!!
I'll be honest, I'm a village person. And all this fancy food in a language I don't speak or understand confused the hell out of me. Too the point I ate someone else's dish 🤦♂️🤣
But the service, food and everything else was great. Would definitely recommend. The staff had a great laugh over me eating someone elses dish
Had a really lovely lunch with my stepdaughter and her husband on Saturday, good atmosphere and very helpful friendly staff. It's not cheap but it's worth. The only thing I'd complain about is the coffee, my husband paid £3.20 for a cappuccino and it was lukewarm and literally a mouthful.
First time trying this style of food. A little que out side it soon faded away. We had a little booth away from all the busyness of the restaurant. Our hostess was a delightful person who's knowledge of the menu was great. We finally decided what to have and took her advice on things and our food came it was perfect. The Spicy beef ramen with extra chicken and chillis full of flavour and the meats were cooked perfectly. My partner played it safe and had the pad Thai with chicken and enjoyed it. We had flourless chocolate cake with icecream for desert 10/10. Can't wait to go back to try something else on the menu.
Always love this place for wonderful food, yet can Waiting staff please stop addressing customers as "you guys" this is a restaurant in Wales 🏴 /UK 🇬🇧 not USA 🇺🇸 and we are not American 🇺🇸 🛑. I find this N. American greeting really annoying! And irritating as I have not offered my permission to be referred to as a "guy". Be polite and use British English please or even Welsh, stop Americanising our culture... 🙄 Just say "you" on its own when addressing customers
Absolutely amazing meal and service at Wagamama Swansea yesterday afternoon. Out waitress Amy was fantastic, so very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend dining here. Photos of out food are attached to the review 🤤
Wagamama is lovely! The food is always good when I go and the staff are friendly. I like that the green tea is free :) the only downside is you can't book a table, it's just rock up and wait.
Great visit, really good service, great food and the management took allergies seriously, they spoke to our group and made sure the food was all cooked separately. We all really enjoyed the visit.
