So popped in for a coffee and discovered that I had a birthday reward.
So a caramel chocolate brownie it was a a very tasty latte. Great service from the young barista with the pink hair.
Was made to feel welcome and wished a belated happy birthday during conversation.

This was our go-to coffee place for our morning coffee and breakfast while visiting Swansea. Costa and it's food are the same everywhere but the staff was what made this Costa extra likeable. So friendly and helpful!

This is my favourite place to relax and read a book. They serve the best cappuccino. And they are extremely friendly. They spread good vibes. Can't recommend going to this place enough! Today one of the staff was doing this tedious work of cleaning in between the tiles. And I found out he was doing

I visited this store last week. Well i was very impressed with a lady named Alex.
I walked in and went straight to the baby change facilities. When i came out, i noticed there was a que at the til. I walked towards it and asked Alex if i had to reserve a table. She said no, its fine, i could sit at

I have been for 3 yrs I am drinking at costa so the place l like it and the people are very friendly, polite even they don’t forget what is my favourite drinks sometimes I confused what Type of drink I need exactly then they gave me my time to choose so good not rush I could get what ever I need. a
Staff here are always lovely and carry my tray to the table. They now do lactose free milk too which makes us really happy! I like the selection of drinks available and the sandwiches are always good. The brownies are to die for!
Fresh decor. Good overall but a bit echoey as it's a big space with limited soft furnishing.
Friendly, efficient staff, even on boxing day when they should be off with family, not a murmur of complaint
