One of the better McDonald's out there but still has major inconsistency issues, that all sites seem to have.
The breakfast meals are always really good and the staff always seem friendly at this location.
Being on the way in and out of Swansea, this location can get extremely busy at times ... however, on the weekends it's really quiet, and most food is done fresh because it's not so busy.
I barely use this location for anything other than breakfast, so I am rating this purely off the breakfast service.
Always enjoy the meal when picking my wife from work. But mostly on the drive through, and as expected there is always a queue, but worth the wait. Staff are pretty fast too as they has loads of them.
I had a sweet chilli chicken wrap meal, washed down with a nice hot cappuccino. My wife had a chicken and bacon wrap meal with a cappuccino.
We hadn't planned to have a McDonald's meal, but having both got drenched in the Swansea Bay 10k Road Race, we needed to go somewhere that it didn't matter what we looked like!!
Was returning from Swansea, Port Tennant. It's right on the main road and had good amount of parking. Food was fresh and hot as expected. Quick service, used drive through as did not want to get out of the car.
I'm not a regular McDonald's customer but needed a meal en route home. I was baffled by the huge ordering screen, but when I approached the counter the young woman was very helpful, let me order 'the old fashioned way' and the order came very promptly despite the restaurant being quite busy - and surprisingly cheap.
Not fine dining - but it did well at what it's there for.
It's a busy McDonald's takeaway. The food is of a reasonable standard, service could be a little quicker but the food is usually fresh.

This has got to be one of the best McDonalds I have ever had! The food was piping hot, fries were fresh and the big mac looked like a proper big mac! 👌 high five that McDonalds team ...awesome job highly recommended and will visit again when in Swansea!

Go here some Fridays before work , about 5.30 am , half the time you can't understand the person on drive thru tannoy , very greasy and not so fast
This is very busy place most of the time (like most other McDonald's). The place is crowded and there's usually a lot of people queuing up to get food.
Other than that, the food is good, the place is clean and toilets are clean.
You're lucky to get a place to sit.
I wish the restaurant was bigger.
