The only(as far as I know) restaurant owned and operated by the chain itself, and the difference in service is very noticeable. No mistakes on the order, completely different decoration to the Franchise one's...everything about it is better.
Really clean and appealing for fast food dining.. we had a super rice and chicken salad combo... proper yummy!! The staff were awesome and it was a way better than their competitor's.. eg. The mcburger giants.. overall well happy.. Cheers Colonel Sanders..

Better than some. It is, at least, very new and clean, with a white/grey colour scheme. Food is KFC standard, which is the best you can hope for.
The food is great but the portions are small, the place is quite hard to find but it does have a welcoming environment. Staff are friendly for the most part and the place is usually empty or you may see a couple people depending on what time you go in.

Just what you would expect from the kfc. Food felt fresh and the service was fast. We used the drive through and the intercom was a bit capricious but otherwise great experience.
This must be one of the cleanest KFC in Wales, screens we're down so some little issues but the staff were very helpful. Good value meal
