Nice place to sit and overlook the morfa retail park but the coffee just isn't enough for myself much to milky for my taste buds.
Wonderful staff, helpful, happy & efficient. Always clean and tidy. Comfy and has more space inside than other Starbucks, just a shame the decking is closed. Because that would make it 6 โญ's!!

Starbucks Morfa in Swansea is a very friendly ..comfy..and efficient cafe. Service is quick the staff are fab and very helpful..cheers me up to come here! Food and drinks are always spot on ..I have never had cause to complain!! I highly recommend it๐๐๐๐๐๐ ..the decking is now open outside ..you can sit in the sun and watch the trees swaying in the breeze beside the river( instead of sitting where cars are passing you all the time ...or inside a noisy shop)๐๐Christina,Katie Alex Gaby and Scarlett...The Dream team ...chatty welcoming and efficient!!!!

The staff in morfa starbucks have always been friendly, helpful and served me with a smile! They acknowledge me as soon as I step in, they know my name and drink!!!

The store is a quiet store, but it is always clean. Sometimes there is only one person visible at the front, as I can imagine management may have to do their responsibilities behind the scenes. A quiet store means less staff, but nevertheless theyโve always picked up the pace, and served me quick and there has always been someone who will come and help the person at the front. The management in Morfa are so lovely too, can See when a team is looked after !!
One of the few wonderful cafe stores around in Swansea, worth a visit!
I come here weekly and always receive great service from the staff. Friendly and efficient.. Clean coffee shop with a nice out door area which is great in the summer months. Great place to stop off a refuel before you carry on with your day.
