Decent sandwiches but make sure you make a point of asking them to change their gloves and clean their knives. Otherwise you will end up with other peoples salad and sauces in your sandwich! Rather expensive however.
Just popped in for food on way home, as usual the most friendly staff possible.
Went there the other day for a sandwich, I didnt order but my girlfriend did and she liked it. No complaints really

Would like to thank the two ladies who served me today.
First off..
Blonde lady making sandwiches (4pm...ish)
When I asked her to change gloves to make my food (don't want pork contamination) she without question, remark, or second glance said yeah of course and did so...with a smile.
I feel I must commend this customer service as I have actually had other subway staff (Llanelli, uplands) literally ask me why, argue that they're gloves aren't dirty, or flat out refuse!
Other blonde lady on tills... prepping and packing takeaway items... , for taking the time to take my money and serve me WHILE packing the food for others takeaways. Nice to see people able to multitask efficiently and not act (like so many others do) as though the takeaways orders come first so I should wait. She put neither me nor the takeaway order first. We were both treated same because she could multitask. Again... Doesn't seem a lot to ask for, but in this day and age it honestly is far and few between. Too many establishments just wasn't your money and offer no customer service.
It may only have been a sandwich, drink and crisps, hardly the ritz I know. But so often these interactions can make or break your day. Nice to see two people efficient and happy to serve.

Great staff who are always very friendly, helpful and efficient. They are polite and chatty, so although the food is the same a every subway the staff make your visit nice experience. Always making recomendations when you can't make up your mind, which is great. This place is always very clean, even when busy and staff are quick to clean up and make sure there are napkins and sugars in the dispensers. Car parking is limited.
Staff are always friendly, my daughter was ill and hungry this night so I used the subway app to order for collection.
I arrived at the time the app said but they had run out of meatballs so I still have about 10 mins wait, might have been more if I had just walked in without the app order, the meatballs didn't feel all that hot when I got home, they are usually warmer but I think this is a one-off.
Lovely staff, good quality ingredients, bit expensive for what you get.

Great service and stock and staff but they seemed really overwhelmed with the new takeaway setup on top of the face to face service. Small access area too but love the variety and food (and speed!)
I don't eat the subs but they are alway nice and pleasant and my wife likes them so they must be ok.
Really good service especially in a Covid world. The social distancing is well implemented and the wait wasn't too long even though there are online orders now. There are 2 hand sanitizer points in the store so that is really good.
There are new deals and offers but I think some of the older ones have disappeared
Very happy bubbly staff and everything went smoothly.
If you have a hankering for a sandwich, give it a look
I don't think many people know it's open yet as it was still quiet and there was lots of space in the car park
Alternatively they now offer Deliveroo and Uber Eats from this branch
