Friendly service. Good selection of food. Nice place to sit and relax and avoid the shopping. Lost a star for being over priced and serving me a slightly dry croissant (cost over £6 for s large late and croissant).
Went for coffee for the first time since they were allowed to reopen. It was a strange atmosphere because of the covid rules, which doesn't allow a lot of people to sit inside and the fact that a lot of tables were for six with only one or two people on them. The coffee was to a good standard as was
We arrived at 11:30 and the poor lady serving was the only employee there.
She worked like a true professional even though there was a relentless queue and requests for pretty much every aspect of the menu.
Our Coffee was perfect and food came promptly.

Met friends and enjoyed. Coffee and food 1st class. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Seats a bit uncomfortable.
Much nicer than the Costa across the road, but again very noisy when it's busy. It would be great if there was a wall or screen between the coffee machines and the seating area to block out some of the noise. It would be good if they had the book shelves for purchasing books to donate to the Costa F

Excellent coffee great service only wish they did like Cafe Nero and put two shots of coffee in for the price of a normal coffee like Nero. Would taste so much better. But you have to pay Costa for an extra short. Poor value.
Conveniently placed Costa with everything you'd expect. Somehow always lacking the ingredients for the special/limited edition drinks. We always take out so but always nice and quiet for anyone who likes to sit in.
They very good very helpfully most of the cafe we been two always look forward going back to some one.
