Costa Coffee - Swansea - Photo album

Great for a quick lunch on the go . Service can be a little slow so allow a little time. Great location for shopping.
Service was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty as was the coffee, It was a lovely sunny day, with the sun shining through the glass, top to bottom wall/windows. Will definitely be back
Midweek coffee and toast. Very relaxing and very quiet (915). Clean and well kept. Staff professional and courteous. We have been here on a weekend where the q’s can be long. Pick your time
Very slow service ..not always well stocked ..nice atmosphere 😃
Not very clean, seats had spilled coffee on them, crumbs on tables, service was pedestrian.
New to Costa Coffee so don’t take it to heart, coming from a Canadian I’ll say the staff was super friendly but that’s been my experience everywhere 🙏🏽 the queue was long and I suspect they were short staffed. Maybe 1 self check station for the people who need to grab a salad and head out. More tim
Real nice cuppa whatever floats your boat.. from a good old cuppa tea to a frothy mocha choca latte.. they have the shizzle in choices of coffee combinations... they do great snacks, cakes biscuits etc... a tad on the pricey side but as a treat its ok to have a quality cuppa and a slice of cake...
Good service from the team. When I went they were still carrying out social distancing measures. The store is located upstairs inside the next and it was quite busy so it did unfortunately take some time to get through. The staff were taking trace and trace details and allocating seats.
Food and drinks were usual high standard, but service was very slow (queued for half an hour!) and the café area is quite cramped.
First time in this Costa on Tuesday evening this week. Very impressed with the overall cleanliness and nice relaxed atmosphere. Lovely clean tables and very pleasant and obliging staff. The nicest yet to be honest. The coffee was good too.
Fantastic staff, we explained that my father in law had alzheimers and a team member came straight over to do t&t on the laptop and sat us immediately. Very highly recommend.
Yes the coffee is not cheap, yes you have to wait, but, you get what you pay for. Lots of choice and I also had a panini. It was lovely and pretty quick. The coffee was fabulous, and of course I had a dash of hazelnut in mine. I'm a Costa lover and I now have one of their loyalty cards
Bright, open space - plenty of free parking. Outside seating area, close to other shops. Enjoyable place to meet up for coffee/ light lunch. As usual, a bit pricey.
Always preferred Costa to most other coffee places staff here are friendly and helpful. Always clean and tidy here food is always stocked well. The only downside is that it is very busy here and it is only a small area within next.
Brilliant coffee served here. The cappuccino here is of a high standard as is expected from Costa. I've recently started to drink black coffee and noticed they have a slightly too roasted beans for my liking, however I encountered similar problem at Starbucks so might just the beans are optimized fo
