Went there for my birthday meal tonight, made to feel welcome also a family member is gluten free, very happy to go somewhere with a good variety of range of gluten free foods. Excellent service and staff and management, food was amazing and homely. Will be recommending here to family and friends
spent last evening at The Pumphouse fantastic meal, great atmosphere and excellent service well done as a quick service restaurant although do miss being able to be seated and waitress service, when busy can take a while to order food at the bar 😀

If you have a dog.. WOW! I’ve never known such a welcome. The minute you walk in you’re met with dog bowls, water and the dog menu - yes really!

We had roast turkey and roast beef, which was lovely. A small mix up meant I received half a chicken instead of the turkey but it was swiftly changed without fuss or problem, very appreciated. We also ordered a chicken breast from the Doggy Menu, served on a plate to our four legged friend.
Beer is lovely - we tried a local bitter and lager, both very drinkable. Ordered a second drink online which was really easy and service very swift.
Our dog Bear thoroughly recommends it here and will be telling all his chums back home!
Booking online was easy and straightforward. Confirmation received promptly prior to booking date. Warm welcome on arrival. Nice atmosphere and clean table/environment. Ordering at table was easy and food/drinks were served promptly and with positivity from the staff. In relation to the food, the sides were great, the dessert was lovely and the burger was awesome - the chips were disappointing though.
We were greeted by Tova, who always keeps things ticking over efficiently. She led us to our table and made sure we were comfortable there. We ordered at the bar and the food was served within about 15 minutes. There is quite a varied menu - mostly fairly standard pub food. The Sunday roasts are very good. My roast beef was a bit on the tough side - though last time I had roast beef at the Pump House it was remarkably tender. All staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and the drinks - including the coffee - were a sensible price.
We went to the pump house around 5ish on a Saturday and was surprised how full it was ☺️. Starters were fantastic (mac n cheese, cauliflower wings and garlic mushrooms) mains were great too all had burgers...the burgers were a little crispy (think bbq burgers) me and hubby enjoyed them our daughter would've preferred less crispy. There was plenty of food and we left full and happy.
Book the pump house a few weeks ago for a family meal. Safe to say, the experience was lovely. No request was difficult for the staff. I had 6 people in my booking and the staff met all of our needs, a lovely atmosphere and also views of the marina. Beautiful food and great deals on cocktails! We will be returning.
Great atmosphere, very busy but they made sure there was a place for the two of us, and the Welsh rugby team were playing. Food was really tasty staff helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. We do not visit Swansea often, but would recommend this as good pub grub. And was a real family place to eat.
Came for a dinner on Sunday and was greeted by a really happy girl on the front door. Tobe or something. She was really happy finding us a table. Your Sunday dinner didn’t disappoint. The best dinner we’ve had in a while. We will definitely be returning.
Came for lunch this afternoon and was fantastic. Food and atmosphere were on point. Tova and Sharron were on the bar serving they were helpful in recommending things on the menu. Kat brought my food out and made sure I had everything. She came back over during my meal to make sure everything was ok.
Nicely cooked rump steak (rare), for the price. Good work chef. Half decent selection of beers. Would eat here again whilst stopping in Swansea for work purposes. It seems a bit off the beaten track if wanting to visit other pubs or bars, but in its favour, it's a pleasant walk around the marina to here.
Real good rump steak, cooked to perfection. Plate colourful and appetizing. Good to have a plate not over loaded with chips.

The staff were really friendly and kind to me, my friends and my dog.
Everyone was also extremely understanding about my allergies and went above and beyond to keep me safe and help me find out the ingredients of the food. Overall great service and a very nice atmosphere in the pub
Popped in without a reservation for Sunday lunch. We’re sat quickly and, despite being warned of a 40 minute wait, food was with us very quickly.
The staff were lovely and chatty and, although the pub was busy, it didn’t feel busy.
All in all, one of the better Brains/Marstons pubs I’ve been to. Would return :-)
Lovely welcome, table was ready, first class service behind the bar and waitress service. Food again was excellent and great value for money. What I most like is when a pub says it is dog friendly and every member of staff that seen my dog made a fuss of her. Not a gimmick, you really all are dog friendly.
Helpful polite staff. Nice food. Although on this occasion the batter on my fish could have been cooked a little more and drained better. Having said that the same meal in the past has been perfect, so perhaps just a blip.
We used an upstairs area for a Wake which was catered by the Pump House . The room felt inviting and private. The catering was excellent with good variety, quality items and generously and well served. During the arrangements we felt we were getting a caring, personal service. We come to the Pump House regularly and find the food, ambience and staff excellent. Some time back this was not necessarily the case but things have massively improved and we now enjoy coming often and recommend to friends. Local people we know also tell us they enjoy coming much more now. Well done to the management and staff!

Kat, Sophie and all the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Friendly and professional.
The service was quick and the staff were great with everyone in the group.

Good location, easy pay and display parking. After 6pm, there is free street parking on the approach road.
