Amazing service, Talia the bartender is an absolute G. Drink prices aren't as bad as it is on the strip. Snack prices are well in line. As a bartender I've not felt welcome to a bar in so long and this place matches my niche
Great place, plenty of variety of cask ales and beers, great place to watch sport, nice outside seating area, and also have the most warm, welcoming, funny, member of staff called Rachel,no disrespect to her colleagues, who were great too.
This was a really interesting pub, still operating since the 1300s! The building looks like it, too. Old stone and mortar. Almost ruins looking. I had no plans of getting food at the time, but it was close enough to lunch time and the building interested me. Going in, I was greeted by the bartender,

Spit and sawdust kinda place. Cheap drinks and the place has reverted back to a 'proper pub'. If you're looking for something hipster and more 'contemporary ', look elsewhere . But manage your expectations. I've been drinking in this place, on and off for about 25 years. It's one of the few pubs le

A great place to start the night. There is a massive selection of Ales, Beers, Ciders and top shelf. Karaoke some night, which is awesome 😎. Plenty of bar staff to get served, and are always happy to.
If you're looking for a good night out on a Saturday night I highly recommend this place. Always a good band on and drinks are 1 of the cheapest around wind Street. Amazing beer garden. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I have been visiting this pub for many years and would say it's 1 of the best
