Friendly and attentive staff. Food is good (and reasonably priced if you have a special offer code) but lost a star because most of the soft drinks flavourings weren't working in the refill machine which disappointed my kids.
Was welcomed with a smile. Another staff member took over as the original employee was clocking off. Table, chair and environment clean and tidy. Food was on point as usual and excellent customer service. Would recommend.
Amanda55 in pizza hut morfa Swansea was really friendly and helpful but can't find the survey to compliment her. Myself and 3 others (my son, his girlfriend and my daughter) were very impressed with her and told her, thanked her ans gave her a tip.
One of the best pizza huts i have been to staff are amazing and friendly and cannot do enough for you , pizzas and flatbread and childrens meals were delicious sides were really good absoloutly loved the cheesy triangles highly recommend these , the children loved the icecream factory and loved putt
Decided to pay an unplanned visit and thoroughly enjoyed, their was a great variety of toppings & crusts, free salads & even wine. Loved it

We had my daughters 10th birthday with her friends at pizza hut Morfa today and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My daughter and her friend’s really enjoyed the food and had such a lovely time. Thank you for making her birthday so special 🥳
The quality of the pizza was excellent. Much better than at other locations in my experience… the store was clean and all of the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful 👍🏼 it’s Pizza Hut so it doesn’t break the bank with our family unit.
Oh how we've missed the Pizzahut buffet. Great service from the waitress and unlimited pizza what more do you want
Went into the Swansea Pizza Hut by the stadium, had a great welcome and the team looked after us all and in particular my 7 year old son.
They even noticed we had ordered too many bottomless drinks and refunded the difference..

Gorgeous food, exactly as I remembered it from when I used to go as a kid! Would definitely recommend. Amazing service from the staff and finally somewhere you can go up and make your own salad at the salad bar since Covid!! Will definitely be back.
Went on my lunch from work. Stood at the front waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. Sat down and got served quickly. Buffet had good variety and was good. Then had to wait 10/15 minutes for the bill. Overall great food but under staffed
