Had a meal on the Friday as new to the area and we enjoyed so booked in for the Sunday dinner at 12.30pm, however we arrived early at 11.50am this was not a problem as we greeted and told it's fine,we ordered drinks(Guinness is amazing)and was taken to our table,the food was excellent with a superb choice of meats and at Β£9.95 is the best value we have had this year with the quality of food as well.highly recommend and the staff are brilliant
Absolutely fantastic food and service π. Very friendly atmosphere, staff polite and helpful, very clean and warm welcoming. Starters of chicken coujons and ardennes Pate was stunning and large portions. 10 oz rump steaks cooked to your liking was delicious π would definitely recommend a visit π.

Staff are attentive and courteous.
Food was hot ,tasty and fresh.

Fitted us in last minute and the service from start to finish was great.
Staff consistently asking us if our food was ok and if our drinks needed topping up.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The Sunday roast was great and the Lemon Cheescake dessert was exceptional.

Perfect place to have a baby shower! Great to have the room to ourselves and the buffet was amazing
Tidy little pub for grub. The "mature " woman who served us forgot half the order as soon as she left our table. Had to remind her even thou she had a note pad, then the "well done" came as barely done. Must have been me as it wasn't even a busy bank holiday evening
The service is friendly and fast. Spotlessly clean. Staff are all amazing. Chefs are insanely talented. I have been many times and have never had a bad experience. Beautifully cooked and presented food, and drinks in a very friendly atmosphere. Cant wait to go back honestly its incredible

Had our wedding reception here and they couldn't have done it any better. It was perfect! The venue was decorated beautifully. The wedding breakfast meal was lovely and the evening buffet was fantastic! The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Excellent food service brilliant
I haven't been here for a while, but I went on Monday and the food was delicious. Really comprehensive menu and we were a party of 9 had different meals and each one was lovely. The service was excellent! They couldn't do enough for us. We had a really lovely evening there.
