This is an exceptionally good place. It is a family run business which I'm told has been in the family for over 20 years. The staff are polite & service is excellent. The view from the restaurant is stunning. One, if not the best view in Swansea. The food is amazing which is why they are always so busy. It is definitely worth a visit.
My daughter hired the function room for my grandson’s christening. Very pleased with everything. The room was nicely decorated and laid out. The buffet was excellent, loads of food, great variety of hot and cold food and really tasty. Everyone loved the sausage and chip Cones too. Catered for a dairy free diet with no problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
I Performed for a private birthday party! A lovely function room that opens out to a beer garden / smoking terrace over looking swansea bay! Friendly staff, a pleasure to be there! Consider this for your functions! The buffet looked amazing! (I didn’t eat, I’m on a diet) :)
Went for a meal last night after day at lido food and service excellent chicken madras was amazing also the Cajun chicken and the chips are excellent. Children's meals excellent too fully enjoyed the meal and service many thanks

Had my sons christening party in their function room. Amazing buffet, quality food and our own bar. Outside seating area to ourselves. Recommend to anyone who so hire a venue.
Just stopped off for a quick bite and drink while out walking the dogs, not our usual stop off and I don't usually leave reviews, but the food was absolutely delicious and lovely staff. 5 stars :-)
Went today for mother's day. Had food wonderful and the staff even though they were rushed off they're feet were smiling and obliging. I would go back again.
Lovely gastropub. Super food and excellent friendly service. Prices are not too bad either. Great view from parts of the pub. It’s not that big and is clearly popular so would definitely recommend booking a table.
Stopped in with the wife for some food. Brilliant staff and service. Food was excellent! The Cajun chicken and chorizo burger was stunning, cooked perfectly (no hard black edges) highly recommend.
I was hoping to have the Beef, camembert and cranberry relish burger, however it was not available 😞 so unable to comment on it, however I will be back to try it some other time.

Walked in on spec on a Tuesday night and got a table at once. The veg chilli was fantastic, the best we've had, and the burger was awesome too. Very full afterwards! Friendly helpful staff made for a lovely evening:)

Cute restaurant with v good food in a lovely location. Owner Livinia always there to greet customers. So very welcoming. Do book as it tends to be full a lot of the time. Many people attend for special occasions.. Parking free on site. Outside seating also available. Excellent service
Went to the west cross inn around 7pm hoping for good food after a traumatic week. The lady said they were fully booked but she managed to fit us in. The service was impeccable and the food was to die for. Will most definitely be going back. We highly recommend people visit. You definitely get what you pay for.
We stopped in as 4 adults and 4 children and the service was 5 star with an amazing waitresses who was very knowledgeable and attentive. Food
came out in good time, tasted great and was very hot. Gluten free options on both the normal menu and the dessert menu were great and staff had extensive knowledge about allergies.
We Intend to come back here next year we would highly recommend.
It's our second time at the Weat Cross Inn, for our busy 1 year old. We were a bit unsure how it would go since she's an adventurous rascal.
The food was outstanding and our little one was welcomed. We had starters, mains and then we had some cake to celebrate.
After dinner I was quite stuffed so took the little one out onto the prom for some fresh air.
Overall - excellent, Highly recommend!
Popped in for lunch with a friend before heading to Mumbles. Excellent service and the Beef Burger with bacon and brie was just the best! The restaurant area looked like it had a great view of the sea. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
Great location, fantastic food, very reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Well worth a visit, it has been at least 10 years since I visited last, it won’t be another 10 before I visit again that is a definite!
