The best Chinese restaurant I have visited by far. Service was excellent, food was delicious. The restaurant has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Wonderful Chinese restaurant. As a family we have visited countless times in the past year. We are always v well looked after by Jacky, Christine, Winnie and Carmen. All the staff really make our 3 yr old daughter feel special, and she always wants to go to Jacky's for lunch - and eats the Chinese food too. :) The food is always lovely, and the lunch menu is an absolute bargain.
Fabulous food. Highly recommend duck in plum sauce. Honey ribs just fell apart.

We had a stunning meal at The New Slow Boat and the service was excellent despite it being very busy on a Saturday night.
Very friendly staff and there is so much variety. I really recommend the spicy squid. Yum!
Absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to adapt a dish to suit the tastes of our two little ones! Look forward to going again.

The taste of each dish was spot-on, the service was good and the atmosphere comfortable. The steamed fish and duck tasted especially good. However, the fish was a bit small for the price and the rice a bit oh the pricy side, so I have to give 4 stars instead of 5. This is for the Chinese menu though; I do believe they have different items on the Chinese and English menus.
So fabulous.🏆 Attentive staff friendly and accommodating. ♥️Food omg delicious best crispy beef I've had , we had set meal for four and was able to change two items extra cost but not a problem. What we had was well cooked hot and yummy . We'll done guys x made a birthday visit special.

I ate here earlier tonight and all of the food was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere was so calm and stunning. But aside from the food, the staff were absolutely lovely and so kind and charismatic. It was amazing! 14/10 would go again!
Visited again Saturday lunch time another fabulous meal ,honey spare ribs followed y beef in black bean sauce .Service first cass ,highly recommended .

Our party arrived for a late dinner with a disabled guest. Staff were nothing but helpful and accommodating. The food was fantastic, service was prompt and friendly. I would fully recommend.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making their customers happy is their main priority. Food is fantastic some Cantonese classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
The day before our visit the owner and her husband were viciously attacked by thugs, both required hospital treatment for facial injuries and broken bones. This did not stop them opening the restaurant.

We had the shared menu for 6 food was great and so many dishes service was excellent and nothing was to much trouble very relaxed evening would certainly recommend this place.
What an amazing place!! We have recently visited this restaurant and if we are in the area again we will definitely be returning - it's a shame we are so far away although it's prob worth the long long drive😍. The food was delicious and so much of it!!! The service was exemplory, lovely owner at front of house. If you are ever in Swansea you need to visit it ...5 star- absolutely!
Went with my Dad in the evening, both absolutely loved it. Food was excellent - particularly the seafood noodles - and reasonably priced, staff were attentive and friendly and would recommend to anyone in the area.
