Lovely family meal in the Globe. Steaks cooked perfectly and they even noticed my 93yr old mother-in-law wasn’t eating her chicken burger so very kindly made her a piece of fresh cod. Fantastic Service! Thankyou to all the staff x

Been her a few times, this time was for an anniversary celebration. Food as always was excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly and service is quick but not rushed. It's not expensive either. Would highly recommend

Dropped in for an evening meal absolutely stunning. We both had steak, cooked to perfection.we were told there maybe a wait but tbh there was not. The staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was to much trouble , we definitely highly recommend. Only two minor complaints , plates could be a little bigger and more vinegar lol . Thanks to you all.

Without a doubt best Sunday lunch I've had out . There was a party of nine us. And I must admit when we sat down, we all thought we had made a mistake. But we were so wrong. For a traditional Sunday lunch , this was lovely..
After speaking to the owner, he said they had only been there for 2 or 3 weeks. Hence a couple of teething problems...
Will definitely go back here 100%.. very reasonable also 👍

Hadn't been to The Globe in a very long time. Was part of a party of eight on this visit. We all really enjoyed the food. There were some decent vegetarian options, which was quite important to myself. Lovely atmosphere, and good service. Highly recommended.

I've eaten here several times and without exception the food and service has been excellent. If you like a cask ale they usually have one available and often it's a local brew. Excellent value for money meals and good sized servings. With the change of seasons the beer garden now becomes an attractive proposition and it's good to find ample parking available just to the rear of the premises.
