In a world of the coffee shop chain, this is a welcome alternative. Great coffee and food. I can’t recommend this place enough. We enjoyed a quality breakfast this morning and will be returning soon
Amazing tapas, beef in chocolate was particularly good and I love that it's seasonal menu. Great wine list and beautifully made cocktails. But what really makes this place is the staff, warm, talented and knowledgeable.
Really delicious coffee (...and I've had many), tasty food too, can really recommend the sour dough toasties... and the Bakewell Tart- well, that should be labelled 'dangerous', it's so delicious! All served by friendly, happy people in a lovely and eclectic, old schoolroom type coffee shop/ deli..... you've just got to try it!
Had a lovely evening in Arthur Neave last night, great atmosphere, sharing platters were amazing & martini espresso's to die for !!

Food, service and atmosphere was fab! I loved that everything was cooked fresh to order and every ingredient was known in each dish. Staff were very informative and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon.
Amazing lunch today! The most delicious salads - and believe me I'm fussy!!!! Sour dough panini with homemade bread - absolutely divine!!! Bakewell tart that tasted like it had just come out of the oven with a perfect pot of tea! Everyone needs to experience this unique part of Swansea! !

Fatabulous coffee!!! I also tried the caramel shortbread, chocolate brownie and lemon tart. Lush. Don't tell Jo, the exercise teacher!

Went to “The Fat Toro” yesterday. It’s a small place so booking is advised as it could fill up fast. The atmosphere Is relaxed, and it has the feel of a Spanish café. We had a mix of tapas and they were all good and really tasty. Good choice of wine and also good quality local beer. Server Amber was fast and helpful. Great evening, we will be back
Delicious authentic Spanish tapas. We ordered the pan de pages con alioli casero, huevos rotos, pollo al limon, carrilleras and tortilla espanola. All the tapas were cooked to order, piping hot and full of flavour. Lovely independent restaurant with a Spanish chef who cooked the food to perfection and charming, attentive waitresses.
Gorgeous lil tapas place, the staff were lovely. The owner n chef came out n took our order. Everything we ordered was delicious! The only teeny tiny downside was the night before they were busy which meant there were a few things sold out. Will def be back... Really enjoyed our night x

Two visits in quick succession, both with a group of eight people. We had an evening meal and lunch a week apart. Fabulous food and house wine on both occasions, very friendly and attentive staff - an excellent experience.
Pleasant staff good choice on the menu and clean toilets...ESSENTIAL.
Food was great, drinks were great and the service was friendly and efficient. Really do recommend the place if you are looking for an authentic tapas restaurant.
My only small gripe is that the seating area at the rear can get very loud when full making it hard to have a discreet conversation at your table so perhaps think about a way that you can absorb some of the sound echoing?

Such a great shop/cafe/restaurant. So many amazing flavours and great wines. Go treat yourself to a proper taste of Spain. Good for breakfast and nibbles, also tappas for a longer evening meal.
