We've been in Swansea since July and couldn't recommend this place enough!. We went for lunch yesterday with my 5 year old and loved it. The staff were having a great time singing but still providing great service, the food and drinks were amazing and they were flexible when my daughter asked for her pudding and created something off the menu. My new favourite place in town without doubt ;-)
Booked Here for my 30th Birthday yesterday as they have a fantastic menu for vegans as well as a normal and gluten free menu!
I cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and efforts to make my birthday special. Nothing was too much trouble! The Manager and chef and staff worked wonders! All our food was brought out together - all 19 dishes! Hot and delicious - customer service was outstanding and the children were very much entertained with goodies and games! �

Hey this is gonna sound really weird ok, but I came to zinco ages ago like two years ago and got a mojito but it was like so minty and bitter and I asked this dude to try it and he was like woah that is sour and I was like ye man put some sugar in that badboi so then he made me a really nice one and fanned all the leaves on the top and I didn't leave a review because I didn't have a phone at the time and it was really nice of you and I wanted to thank you because it was honestly so lovely.
Every time I come here it's 10/10 always friendly even if they are busy what an awesome place
Our go to place at the moment. It's a welcoming environment where anybody and everybody fits in. We had Tapas last night and it was great value for money. The desserts are amazing. The staff are attentive and food was longer than expected but it turned out to be an unexpectedly busy Tuesday and we didnt mind the wait. Ive been here 5 times now in 2 or 3 months and staff are always friendly. Will be back very soon.
Another amazing vegan meal. I had the Vegan Mexican Bowl which was very tasty! It’s great to have so many choices, many of which are healthy. Such a nice place for a get together with friends.

Wow! So glad we stumbled across this place! Delicious food and excellent service! Polite staff, with a smile! Plus a relaxing atmosphere, decor is great! Choice of menus for vegan, gluten free etc is absolutely brilliant! We had the vegan burger plus the Mexican bowl which was nice and spicy! (The milk stout and house red was pretty good too!) Fab end to a lovely day.

All the food was so good. The pesto panini, the flatbreads, English muffin, halloumi burger, falafel all great.

I was only in the area for a couple of days and ate there twice! Well worth it. It has a lot of options for all moods.
Nice servers, good gluten free menu, always happy when you don't have to interact with others and can use a QR code to order to your table. Seems like a good restaurant chain overall
Zinco is so ridiculously underpriced for what it is. The decor is beautiful, staff are always friendly and the food is crazy good.
What makes the place stand out to me, however, is that they somehow manage to fit so many types of food into the menu, and yet none of them fall behind on quality. Noodle dishes, burgers, light sandwiches, curry, low calorie options; I've tried a bunch of them over the 2 years I've been in Swansea and they never fail to impress, even the low calories options are still packed with flavour. Considering that they are at such low prices as well, it's definitely worth a visit.
Fantastic atmosphere and decor. Music in the background is excellent. Ordered breakfast and poached eggs. Delicious and the quality of ingredients were of a high standard. Loved the cappuccino to accompany my eggs. Attentive service and polite staff with swift service. 100% recommend as probably one of the best restaurants in Swansea.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to special requests.
Good music that was not too loud. The place is very spacious and would be great for bigger groups to meet up. Noticed that they had big selection of board games available to borrow.

We went for breakfast and ordered a verity of vegan, lounge, and vegetarian breakfast. It wasn't great.. but decent enough..
However, the atmosphere is a big plus.
Great place to chill and experience a great variety of foods. Staff are always friendly and helpful.some .outdoor seating is available bonus its dog friendly so I visited regularly. Quirky interior dim lighting very relaxed. Like all lounges' own style very appealing
Great food, lovely atmosphere, eclectic decor, love it. Unfortunately had an incredibly noisy large crowd on the night we were in but not an easy one for staff to sort. Otherwise loved it and would go back
Pretty good dine in, the staff where very helpful. Food came right on time. The decor inside is lovely and the tables were well spaced which I enjoyed. The burger caught me by surprise, it may not look that appetizing in the picture but it's a smash, absolutely up there. We got a very good discount which is always nice. Overall, I would definitely eat here again.

I have been to Zinco several times mainly due to its ambience. The foods can sometimes be hit and miss - the marinade for their chicken wings are lush and not dry but the flavour doesn't penetrate the meat very well. Always enjoyed having a drink here though.
The atmosphere was lovely, staff super friendly & helpful & so much choice in the menu everyone was happy. The tapas was gorgeous & the right side of spicy. Look forward to visiting again soon xxx

Coming from the cinema I was delighted with the whole experience. The food was lush and even though some of us were only drinking we were made very welcome.
Love the Lounges. Beautiful presented delicious food and drinks and gorgeous decor. Situated centrally, it’s a brilliant place to grab food when in Swansea city centre, with plenty choices for people with all kinds of dietary requirements.
Called in for a coffee. Friendly staff. We were seated quickly and chose to order at the bar, which didn't take too long, although it took a while for the order to arrive.
Simply sensational! From the meet and greet on arrival to the great chat at point of order the visit started out really well. When the food arrived it went up another level (cue Dane Bowers).. was divine.. just wow.. Lounge Veggie Keema Mince Flatbread
Topped with cumin mushroom mince, hummus, cucumber & pickled red onion salad, mint, pomegranate seeds and molasses OK so I pigged out a little with the Sweet Potato fries and additional side salad but it was worth every penny.. Great food.. Great surroundings.. wonderful staff.. thank you..
