Found this lovely restaurant after spending the weekend at Brands Hatch. Both of my husband and I ordered fish with coconut rice and they were nice. Service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was a lovely dinner before on the way back home. The manager even gave us a bag of prawn crackers to accompany our 4-hour journey to Cardiff. Much appreciated.
Always a pleasure coming here. Great food, service and ambience! Waitress Eva was very friendly and goes above and beyond with her service every time :)

Great food. We had a dish named Weeping Tiger and we loved that. Friendly staff. Special Thanks to Shan for the amazing warm service provided.
We visited this little gem on Thursday night around 7pm and all tables were filled.
We had to book as we had 6 guests.
We were served by Shan whom was extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely knows her stuff of how much food is enough for 6 people.
We ordered the following starters:
- Mixed platter for 2
- Aromatic duck (2 portions for 4)
- Salt and Pepper squid
For mains we ordered
- Chicken Panang curry with jasmine rice x2
- Drunken duck with side of fried rice
- chicken red curry with jasmine rice
- Garlic fried sea bass
- Prawn pad Thai
- Steamed sea bass with ginger
- Weeping Tiger (beef)
All delicious were delicious and the right portion size!
We definitely had a great time and good to know that Shan is a local in Swanley as I’ve just recently moved to the area!
Would definitely visit again!

We have only ordered takeaway from Thai Emperor twice, and both times it had been a great experience. The first time, the the manager himself delivered to us, as the restaurant was very busy and we would have had to wait a long time otherwise. Delivery has never been a long wait.
The food is fantastic and genuine Thai food as it should be.

Food is incredible and very authentic. My brother recommended after coming here a few times and I was not disappointed!! We ordered spring rolls and chicken satay which were both so flavourful and not greasy, then had a variety of mains which were all so flavourful. Shan served us and she was so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough! Can’t wait to come again, definitely worth the hype.
Food is authentic, very tasty and freshly made.
My wife and I had the panang curry with coconut rice and also tried the pad Thai.
Shan was our waitress. She was excellent, very professional and had an amazing aura.

Found this hidden gem in the midst of Swanley High Street's humble surroundings. The quality of food and service easily beats many high end restaurants in inner London. Loved everything from Starters to desert. The price is very reasonable. The service from the whole team was very heart warming. Even a simple tap water was served with a slice lemon. These little touches is a testament to the high standards this little restaurant strives for. Long may this continue.
