The staff is truly fantastic. Polite, always smiling and cheerful. I come here almost every morning before going to work, and it’s the best place to kick off my morning with the right spirit!

A busy Costa, with friendly and helpful staff. Food and drink seem ok but still a bit overpriced and the odd fly about now and then. Food seems fresh though.
Great indoor experience however this is let down when ordering online. The cancelling of orders is somewhat inconvenient. Have ordered through uber eats & had many orders cancelled. Do not order online.
Amazing helpful and accommodating staff. I am breastfeeding and my baby has a dairy allergy. Julie and Shaun made sure to clean/wipe down everything and communicated with each other so clearly as to not cross contaminate. Very accommodating and very pleasant.

Overall an excelamt place to have a coffee when visiting Swanley Square, however despite the quality certain food items such as the sandwiches have increased in price to what I think to a level of almost a cheap lunch in a cafe, staff are friendly and efficient and sometimes it can become very busy
Great range of products available including some tasty seasonal ones. Always friendly and welcoming staff and very helpful. They fill babies milk bottles for free too which is awesome. Food is always fresh and never overdone. And anytime we spill a drink it's replaced for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone
Plenty of seating inside and lots of outdoor tables and seating too. Good value with large portion size and if needed a very clean W.C. just for customers.
