Friendly service. We waited quite a log time for our food but we weren't in a hurry. Food was quite good. Not a great choice of meals. Very inexpensive which was a bonus. Would go again.

Went in for lunch. Dogs welcome. Great service, good prices, good choice on menu, several beers and ciders on draught as well as delicious coffee's. Would definitely go again if we're in Swanage again.
Been coming to Swanage for carnival week for 7 years. Have never been made to feel anything less than welcome in this place, these guys work their you know what’s off and a lot of the time under intense pressure and a very demanding (sometimes unreasonable) clientele.

Whilst it is a sports bar, it has a good choice of ales and excellent bar staff.

Stayed here for the carnival weekend. Bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Concerned we may hear the pub downstairs but didn't, it was very quiet. The only noise was from outside, it was 26° so windows were open. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was included in the price and it was delic
Bar staff and local regulars were really welcoming, I'm yet to sample the locally sourced produce from the menu as the Kitchen is closed on Mondays when out of season, but will definitely be back. Beer is reasonably priced too.
