Really lovely mango frappe! Very good service. Also sat outside and had delicious hot chocolate later on same day.
Always Pop in a Costa if there is one. Swaffham was no exception, hadn't realised there was one until we arrived here late Friday night.
Saturday was very busy & mad but got served eventually. Staff where good. Love the Old building it's in.
My favourite local Costa coffee. Every time I've been the place is clean, there's never a long wait, the staff are always fabulous and friendly. Most importantly the drinks are made correctly here, I've been to several costas that seem to have poorly trained staff that don't make the drinks correctl
I must say, since moving to Swaffham, this Costa has always been my favourite place to go for coffee and a lovely atmosphere.
The staff are always kind, friendly and have wonderful smiles all round.
Today was another example of their outstanding customer service.

Swaffham is a Market Town. Costa Coffee, lovely old building. Has an upstairs as well as down. Staff friendly. Good Service. 😊

Always stop in here while on way to Walsingham. Girls who work here are polite, courteous and hardworking. When I've been in were able to show good skill working under pressure and competence when dealing with demanding/challenging customers.
The M&S food is lovely of course, and the coffee is served nice and hot by friendly helpful staff (especially if you're disabled like me).
A bit too noisy with background music making conversation fairly loud. And the place urgently needs redecorating and refurnishing. Hence only 4 stars.

Costa at Swaffham has good seating area, pleasant staff, usual good selection of drinks and snacks, and is close to free parking spaces. I revisited on 18/10/23 & the staff were even nicer & friendly. Free parking is a 5 minute walk away. Excellent coffee shop.
All the staff are just great....
One of the best Costa's we've ever been to. Downstairs can be a little noisy but there's a lovely quieter area upstairs. (No lift).
Lovely outdoor seating (complete with local ducks!🦆🦆🦆).

The staff are always polite and greet me everytime I walk in, the service is exceptional and they always are on it especially when working under pressure.
