Attended for a course today.1st time been to Restaurant.Was greeted by Mine host Jason who is owner and Chef he made my wife and I so welcome.
We cooked 3 course meal.Starter- French Onion 🌰 Soup.
Main-Coq-au Vin.
Dessert- Creme Brulee.What a fabulous 3.5 hrs and 2 days dinners to eat! Highly recomm
Lovely little place with friendly staff, generous portion sizes and delicious, beautifully presented food. We had the pork belly and scallops, king prawns and calamari and the three small plates were plenty to share. Very reasonable prices too with the bill being £50 for the three shared small plate
First visit for Sunday lunch and won't be the last. Really liked the open kitchen layout where you could see and smell your food being cooked. Portions were generous and the food was delicious. A true 5-star experience. High quality food and VERY generous portions for every course. Great staff, atmosphere, decor and very fair on price!! Will be going back many times. Only negative is we (a family of four) all found the chairs to be uncomfortable but apart from that it was perfect. Support

Best restaurant by far in the Swadlincote/Burton area. Great value for money. Secret little gem. Lunches are staggeringly awesome, and Sunday sharing roast is awesome. Evening dining is amazing.
