Standard McDonald’s, fairly clean dining area and polite staff. Give yourselves a pat on the back as the toilets were clean and fresh smelling. Well done!
Probably the cleanest McDs I've ever been to. It was absolutely spotless. Food and coffee was fresh and tasty. As a bonus it had a couple of EV chargers in the car park, so topped up the car while having a nice break in clean safe surroundings.
Very fast response with positive customer service. The layout is spacious and trendy. Could do with a little more space outside however the food quality is great.
Amazing service from Asian lady who couldn't do enough to assist my disabled wife voluntarily i.e. without any prompting, despite being rushed off her feet.
Stopped off during journey. Lots of seating available. Ordered via touchscreen ordering point. Food came very quickly and was warm and tasty. Excellent value. Really good McDonald's have used in the past when in area and it usually a good place to stop off for a quick meal to recharge. Good toilets very clean.
Fast efficient service, food served hot and correct items and all done with friendly staff. All clean inside and out. Better signs when leaving the motorway to find it would be useful.
Convenient location <2minutes just off the A42 Junction11, an ideal stop for travellers. We use it regularly when heading to North Yorkshire on a Friday evening to visit relatives for the weekend. Service is usually quick; it was busy last night, but we were in and out in less than ten minutes.
Great customer service. When you're out by yourself with 2 kids going to the toilet in the middle of the meal can be tricky, but Tracey was brilliant, happily staying with my son whilst I took the youngest for a nappy change. I then found her wandering the car park after we'd been for the inevitable 2nd toilet trip as we'd left our nappy bag behind and she wanted to return it. The restaurant is clean, electronics still work and food is up to the usual McDonald's standard, but as the service is above and beyond. Thank you!

Great location on our recent road trip.
We stopped for a leg stretch and a nice hot chocolate.
Self-serve has come a long way since it started, but I miss the real people at the counters for actual customer service.
I don't think they have necessarily made it any better or any quicker.
It seems everywhere we go these days, you practically work there too doing half the work!!
Still, it's relatively easy on a good day, so I see what they try to achieve.
Very attentive, friendly group of staff. Food are ready quickly and does not appear 'rushed' despite very busy time with customers
Good, swift, efficient service at this outlet - which cannot be said for all McDonald's outlets.
Fast, friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty.

Great for little ones all rides are tokens, however some rides are 3 tokens but good fun for little ones
