Lovely proper drinkers pub, outside drinking area and a massive selection of ciders. Boon Doggle, Pedigree and Bass. Lots of Gins and the lady that served us, Dawn, was lovely. Ideal if you are stopping at Beehive Lakes campsite.
Second pub on my mini pub crawl around rural South Derbyshire. A good boozer’s pub. A refreshing and rather creamy pint of Bass, decent price for the pint and plenty of seating in the shade behind the pub itself. Nothing to really complain about at all, been in better pubs, but for what it is, it’s
great beer nice and friendly but fantastic cheeses 🧀
