Such lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff in this store. Could not have been better in any way! So glad that I chose Whittard’s to purchase my Nanny’s 90th birthday gift of a coffee and biscuit set - the whole experience of shopping in branch shows exactly why shopping on the high street is so important.
The small chocolate gift spoons are worth looking at as well as the large selection of teas and coffee, not forgetting the large mugs for when you don't feel like refilling your mug too often!
They do have some nice offers around the festive season and that's when I tend to come here.

Having never really used loose leaf tea before I was not sure where to even start when walking into the shop..... Well that all changed when George approached me. He was so helpful and friendly, really made the journey into loose leaf tea pleasant and exciting. I left with a few new teas to try, and I love all of them (Chelsea Breakfast, 1886, Blueberry Rooibos) as well as some of their hot chocolate. All in all a great experience. Thank you George!
Lovely unexpected pre-birthday celebration sampling the finest coffees. Purchased Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee as a birthday present treat to myself.
