We brought some loose leaf tea home and for souvenirs. They sell instant teas and hot chocolates as well. You also had 3-4 types of instant drinks to taste. Saleswomen we’re super helpful and friendly!

Such an amazing shop. For tourists this is really special. So much variety of different teas. The chocolate milk is the best!!! And the small marshmallow.

This shop is adorable. We bought a specialty tea a few days ago and they had teas to try. I tried the English Rose and couldn't stop thinking about it. So I went back today to get some to bring home. They were very helpful and the lady suggested another that I decided to try as well. The lemon ginger biscuits are perfect!

Staff extremely helpful. Wanted sale stuff, they phoned up Covent Garden stores and showed me which way to go. Spent in there and the sale items in Whittards lower ground floor in Covent Garden. I love Whittards.
Nice, small, cosy shop in a good location. The staff is very friendly and they keep customer service standards high! Their tea selection is good as well as gift options. As a coffee lover I'd just add bigger coffee selection as it's kinda limited. It's still a nice shop!
Excellent service and a great selection of teas and coffee from around the world. Definitely worth a visit if you are close by especially to try their FREE hot chocolate (Absolutely delicious). They also have a good selection of tea making tools.

We get our monthly coffee beans for home from Whittard of Chelsea. We found the Guatemala Elephant to be an exceptional and fresh dark roast coffee. Great quality beans in general, I'm certainly recommend it!
Beautiful cosy shop filled with variety of coffees from South America, Africa and Asia regions.They sell bags of whole beans but also have quality grinder. They can grind coffee beans for whatever equipment you have, to prepare Your coffee: from french press (coarse) to Turkish (very fine).Whole variety of teas: white, black, green, puerh, oolong even yellow and fruit infusions! You can find exciting selection of hot chocolates with quirky flavours like mint and even peanut butter! Staff are selection of fine characters whom genuinely offer their help to make your day, or at least make worthwhile the trip to this shop filled with Magic! Very clean and well located right in front of the Charting Cross tube station.
Very friendly staff, a good variety of tea, hot chocolate and coffee. They also do gift sets for Christmas. Always come here to buy gifts and end up buying something for myself too :)
