Just get out of Baker Street station and you are good to grab a pizza with delicious flavours, staff is really helpful and help you to understand different varieties and customisation options available.
I've been here loads of times and always on point with orders and collection times etc. On this occasion tho I arrived and they hadn't received my order along with another customer and we had to show our orders confirmed on our phones. They pronto cooked it up and had my order done in 10 minutes. 4 star for being usually consistent, and they gave a free 2 litre bottle of 7up for the inconvenience, otherwise it would have been a 3!
This was hands down the BEST Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! Ordered for collection and it was ready in less than 20 minutes.
When I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and positive energy. I believe it was the manager working, wish I got his name.. he was lovely and made our night!
I’m vegetarian and this was my first time trying Pizza Hut’s Beyond Meat Sausage. It was incredible! Tasted like real Italian sausage. Pizza Huts tend to be hot or miss but I would definitely recommend visiting this specific location.
I order delivery from here often. The pizza is always delivered really efficiently and quickly. It’s always hot on arrival. I like that they use their own delivery guys who are nice on arrival. This Pizza Hut on Edgware Road actually cares about its feedback which I find rare in London.

I order pizza from pizza hut almost every weekend, their service is exceptional, the food is delivered hot every time. Wafa and Abu always deliver the food within minutes.

Manager has such a good behaviour and kitchen staff too. All in all everyone’s understand theirs responsibility to work. Whole team should get pay rise because of their tireless efforts.
Only done collection here but always had a good experience. Staff are always friendly. One time a mistake was made but I got to keep the original pizza and get the correct one as well and the staff were aptly apologetic. Food quality always good here too!
