Stopped by Pizza Hut late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service.
Despite the late hour, the staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and just what I needed. A reliable spot for late-night cravings!

I never leave reviews but I have made an exception for an amazing employee at the Edmonton branch.
My food just got delivered and not only was I missing my garlic bread but I received 2 boxes of wings which I thought I didn’t order.
The driver had left and I headed straight to my phone to call and give whoever answered the phone a piece of my mind. I am sure everyone has experienced how annoying it is when your order gets messed up.
To my surprise a very helpful Kerryn answered the phone, polite and helpful! Long story short, we both realised we both made mistakes with the order. He quickly de-escalated the situation and even managed to leave me laughing and smiling as the call ended.
Now a days it’s hard to receive good customer service, so when it does happen you have to be grateful.
Kerryn just for you I kept my word.
