Best pub within miles, friendly, cosy, great Owners and excellent bar staff with a disparate collection of regulars, as close as you’ll get to a proper local!
Not sure what was going on for the poster who mentioned aggressive clientele, maybe footie was on, people tend to be tribal with that but not seen anything untoward in my twelve years of drinking here.
We had a lovely cooked meal here, plentiful and tasty. Beer is from Fuller's so is always going to be good!

A hidden gem in Sutton. My husband loves it here. Not so many young people of which i like. The garden is nicely done. and there is decking
Smashing little pub friendly welcome and good fresh beers and ales. Food is good well priced and tasty. Look out for the specials. Nice outside area to sit under the tree.
