Even though it was packed it was well laid out so you didn't feel you were crowded in everything is laid out in an easy walking around way although I found it a little bit difficult to find what I wanted straight away. The sale prices were really generous and the central escalators made it easy to go from floor to floor. Visual displays in this store really good.

Had the loveliest young woman serve me. Very difficult shopping with a mask but poor staff have to wear all day, yet she couldn't have been more considerate despite retail having to close for next lockdown. So sad for staff.

Lovely restaurant fully equipped for families with babies and children with microwave, bottle warmer, bibs, wipes and 2 versions of highchair for baby & toddler as well as children's menu. The staff are very helpful. The food delicious.

The shop is great, neat and tidy. Staffs are really helpful. I bought two perfumes for my mom and dad, one of their staffs helped me alot to find suitable perfumes. I usually buy most of my clothes from there. Most of the time you can find really good in-store offers. Totally recommend this shop, especially for people living around Sutton area.

Had a pleasant Sunday afternoon browse & shop at Debenhams Sutton .. polite nice guy on door re social distancing ... So glad Debenhams has opened again .. bought myself my Clinque eye and face creams ... however I did pop to top floor to see if cafe and toilets were open but both closed so came back down again ... got quite a few discounts on some lovely stuff in there ... will go back again in the week.

Good select of items: it's a department store, so clothes for men, women children, older ladies (Jacques) as well as toy, home, sports and traveling sections. I've had tea at the café and it's reasonable in both price and selection - can be nice and quiet when compared to the coffee shops in the area being noisy and overcrowded. It does have a cafeteria feel though. Debenhams do have 70% sales routinely, so worth a visit once a month to see what's available at discounted prices. The toilets (beside the cafe) as also less crowded when compared to the public toilets of St Nicholas.

Sadly Sutton and the St Nicholas centre will never be the same without Debenhams...

Amazing Service from all staff from Floor staff to Till Staff. No hassle when I bought a pair of sunglasses and two minutes later wanted to swap for Polarised version. Thank You for accommodating someone with High Functioning Autism aka Aspergers. 😃

Had. A lovely bowl of soup and roll for lunch. Plus lovely cup of Lathe coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside was the ladies toilets four of the toilets had toilet paper in the bowl. The flush isnt working properly. The cleaning sheet hadnt been completed for one o'clock so im guide guessing the cleaner hadnt been in.

Traditional British store, one of the oldest left, with unbeatable quality. Prices are quite reasonable considering the quality. Helpful well trained staff that cannot do enough to help.
